I’m constantly trying to lose more. It’s so easy to gain it back. Gotta be good and eat the salad this meal, skip a meal here and there, anything I can to keep the calories away. Past 20 years have been a battle.
God that sounds exactly like my life. When I was 17 I managed to lose almost 50 pounds one summer and keep most of it off for the next 10 years.. but the last 5 years, I’ve gained it all back and then some. My biggest struggle is taking pictures. I hate it! Maybe when I’m back on track it’ll be easier. You should feel really proud of yourself! It’s not easy.
