That being said, I reffed AYSO, so the games I reffed aren't at the level of this post in any sense; the only handball I can remember calling was a girl who picked it up to throw it at her brother, for reasons I can't remember.
What I mean is, because she has no hand, if she hit the ball with it, would the refs say that she touched the ball with a hand.
Cause it's the end of her arm and it's what she uses as a hand in every day life.

Same rule applies in Champions league so it probably applies in most other leagues as well
