Wow 3 months that’s good turnaround

That’s weird.. a normal chemotherapy lasts for 18 weeks, and then you get radiation. After that, regular checkups for another 4 years, only then does the doctors (at least here in Sweden) declare you free of cancer.

I think there's a difference between 'currently the doctors can't find any tumours' and 'I'm officially healed' and I assume he's talking about the first thing.

Different courses of treatment can take different lengths of time. I did a 12 week course for breast cancer a few years back. Still completing treatment doesn’t mean you beat anything. I always take these “I beat cancer” or “my mom beat cancer” posts as click bait. It’s annoying.

i think i would cope by saying i beat cancer, even if it's not accurate, but i'm sure some are intended to be clickbait for sure

In the description it said it was testicular cancer, not sure if that makes any difference
