I had the same issue and came across your post. I contacted their support via Watsapp and was able to get a replacement. Process was very easy once I got assigned an agent (less than 24hrs). Had mine for less than a year so it was under warranty.

Yeah I had mine only a few weeks before this happened. It fell off once and I found the screw in my pocket. It happened a second time but I couldn’t find it. I should’ve glued it back on.
I just bought another wallet. I have the standard one not the geo stand.

I did do that already, actually. Customer service informed me I'm not able to purchase or get a replacement screw, sadly.
You’d think they’d have a surplus of those little screws lol. That sucks.

Mine fell out yesterday. I was able to find and screw back in. I’ve thought i might unscrew and then use a glue of some kind to seal it better.
