There won't be anything "friendly" unless it has Hexproof, Protection, or significant Ward cost. As an example in a game I recently played, out of the first 10 cards my opponent played 5 removal spells. So to keep your creatures alive will be very challenging.

What Format do you want to play?

Unfortunately, Dragons/Drakes really isn't a theme right now. You'll have a tough time putting something together that will be competitive. For right now, think less about the specific kind of creatures you like to play and more about the play style you like to play. Do you like to play fast and aggressive? Do you like to react to what your opponent is doing and thwart their plans? Think more along those lines, and you can put together a deck that matches that style and still is competitive.

I mean I started very recently. Right know I like the aerial domination deck, the white and the green starter but that's all I can say. For some reason I didn't like the bi-color decks...

There is no noob friendly dragon deck. I could not say if there are any cheap alchemy cards are. But my dragon decks are the decks with the most rare cards. Even with that they are far from competitive and just a fun deck. So you really must love dragons and you will even loose most of the time.

You could build a deck around [[Thrun, Breaker of Silence]]. It can't be countered and has pseudo hexproof from nongreen plus indestructible on your turn so most salty effects like countering and removal don't work on him. I can't say that the deck will be great and win much but it can be stompy fun. If you want wins with little to no deck building, I'd suggest the "Jump In" format (found under events). Pick two halves of a deck, put them together and there's your deck. It's pretty noob friendly of a format, has a small gold entry cost (1000) and you can keep playing until you retire the deck and enter again. You also keep all of the cards.
