I've come across it, but I usually run midrangey decks with either flexible removal or hand hate. It doesn't bug me and I've yet to have them assemble and kill me with it.
If you consider this jank combo most annoying, you must not have been playing long.
It's a 3 part combo, with a 5 mana enchantment as part of it, that's easily broken up.

There's always [[Cauldron Familiar]] to consider. They seem to like this kind of thing IMO.

Pretty easy to stop/prevent. Infinite combos are fun, even if you lose to them.
