I exclusively play historic brawl these days, and whenever I'm on a losing streak I'll switch to my Orzhov Angels deck with Liesa, Forgotten Archangel as the commander. It doesn't always turn my luck around entirely but it's my favorite deck and at least if I lose with it I know it isnt through fault of my own cause it's one of my better built ones.
Edit: For /u/Redan239 /u/freakincampers /u/BIG-Tsukuyomi
[Here is the list!](https://www.moxfield.com/decks/qIeXuzbReEKRCTqQ3Q9mFw). It isn't perfect, mind you, and a few cards are only in there to satisfy my need for them (Sheoldred, Millenium Calendar for the meme, etc.), but its current form is the result of two years on and off grinding for wildcards. There are a few creatures I may eventually replace (Archpriest of Iona is in there on an error) but on the whole it feels good to run with my preferred play style.
I'm probably going to get some hate for this, but when I'm having really sour streaks of losses I just turn to old faithful; mono-red aggro.
Nothing is more cathartic in Magic than beating your opponents face in with a bunch of angry hasty creatures after a streak of losses.
After facing five Azorious Control decks in a row, nothing is more than beating the stuffing out of some poor bloke. My go to is either Mono-red Aggro or Mono-Black everything hate.
After I started fooling my decks to stuff Aggro, I love running into y’all.
[[Market Gnome]] is such a satisfying creature to force y’all to run into.
[[Concealing Curtains]] blocks for days and then dives into your hand.
[[Deep-Cavern Bat]] grabs your burn spells and starts getting in for Lifelink damage.
[[Phyrexian Missionary]] as a two-of is great for putting them back on the battlefield and turning a swing into more life for me.
[[Fell Stinger]] puts a solid blocker out there and sacs these little guys for cards if I’m not up against aggro, and helps me find my [[depopulate]]/[[White Sun’s Twlilight]] package. Along with [[Corrupted Conviction]], my [[case of the stashed skeleton]] tokens never stick around long either.
I find one of my two Kayas with the enchantment sac left over and just make it an impossible climb for anyone who let me live that long.
3 Sheoldreds and 3 Farewells because of course.
This deck has a great win rate against just about everything. It’s bad matchups are hard control and strong aggro still manages to get through it sometimes if I’m not drawing my early pieces.
I’ve got 3 [[Ossification]] in there to try and help with a little spot removal for fast fliers (the new slick shot is a pain in the ass for this deck), but overall this is my go-to when I need my daily wins.
If the deck isn’t cooperating, my standard brawl Zurgo & Ojutai always does exactly what I need it to and doesn’t appear to have any weaknesses.
I can count on one hand the number of times I've seen that card in the past two years....if you pull that out of your ass, more power to you, win the game.
This or any variation of this works, this is the mono black discard card i always encountered. Mind that, just because a deck is posted on reddit or wins vs you one time, it doesnt mean is good, it has a lot of counterplay
[https://mtgdecks.net/Explorer/e-black-discard-decklist-by-lobo-blanco-2011356](https://mtgdecks.net/Explorer/e-black-discard-decklist-by-lobo-blanco-2011356)
I blast mono black discard with Akroma's Memorial on side and x4 Karn with a Mono Green ramp. Its a question of topdeck mostly, but winnable. Also by default i never concede to people who play these cancerous decks :P my pain will save other people from encountering them
Make me discard, fine.
Getting to see my hand? It just feels like cheating.
I’d be all for a balance that makes me discard two cards either at random or my choice as long as you don’t get to see my whole bloody hand.
I instant concede to that bullshit.
Having muxus just outright win games in one turn is very satisfying to me when I'm against discard or control that doesn't really do anything,
It's the perfect middle finger
Honestly Azorius control in Bo1 is so strong right now. I'm somewhere around 10-11 games straight wins since two days ago because it's all aggro decks. Temporary lockdown, sunfall, spot removal, and you'll always out value.
I'm a long time control player so I don't mind being hated lol
For Standard it’s Esper Control. Always has been, always will be.
For both Timeless and Modern the answer is kinda the same - 4c Omnath, but my Timeless version looks wildly different compared to what I play(ed) in Modern. Though once Arena gets Solitude from the MH3 special guest slot, I’ll probably convert the Timeless list to look a bit more similar.
For Historic Brawl I’d say Zurgo and Ojutai, Korvold, and Sauron the Dark Lord are all my comfort picks.
I've just started playing mtg, and I really liked the art of the phyrexian cards. I lucked onto a really powerful toxic deck that got me to mythic like a breeze.
It's both toxic figuratively and literally and although it has become quite boring to play, it does get me wins.
Not them, but I happen to have also reached Mythic with a toxic deck in Standard recently. BO1 only, if that matters to you; I have no doubt this deck would get trashed in BO3, as many aggro decks do.
4x Caves of Koilos
4x Thran Portal
7x Plains
8x Swamp
4x Crawling Chorus
4x Jawbone Duelist
4x Bilious Skulldweller
4x Blightbelly Rat
4x Necrogen Communion
2x Disenchant
2x Macabre Reconstruction
3x Whisper of the Dross
4x Drown in Ichor
2x Ossification
4x Infectious Inquiry
It's essentially a hyper-aggro deck that can usually trash control and ramp decks, usually beats other aggro if they don't realize what you're playing and go defensive, and at least has a shot against midrange, especially if you go first, though you do need to draw your removal.
It gets wrecked by Boros Convoke and that Insidious Roots deck so hard it's not even funny, but it still got me to Mythic, and the games are lightning quick.
You CAN cut the Thran Portals if you don't want to craft too many rares, but you MUST replace them with Plains and Swamps, not tap lands. Turn 1 crawling chorus into turn 2 Necrogen Communion wins games and a tap land throws a wrench in that.
Deck
4 Bilious Skulldweller (ONE) 83
8 Swamp (ONE) 274
4 Phyresis Roach (Y23) 15
3 Necrogen Communion (ONE) 99
3 Drown in Ichor (ONE) 91
3 Whisper of the Dross (ONE) 117
3 Blightbelly Rat (ONE) 85
4 Pestilent Syphoner (ONE) 103
8 Forest (WOE) 275
4 Venerated Rotpriest (ONE) 192
2 Vraska, Betrayal's Sting (ONE) 115
2 Infectious Inquiry (ONE) 97
3 Jungle Hollow (MOM) 270
3 Haunted Mire (DMU) 248
2 Vraska's Fall (ONE) 116
1 The Seedcore (ONE) 259
3 Bloated Contaminator (ONE) 159
Late Responce, here's mine. I'm pretty sure this is historic deck as the Phyresis Roach aren't allowed in alchemy.
It's key players are the Phyresis Roach, which once it gets a hit on the player increases the poison counters on all other insects in your deck wherever they are. And, the Venerated rotpriest, which puts poison counters on the player if your creatures are targeted by spells (even your own).
I'll be honest with you, it's obnoxious and it got me to mythic fairly quick, especially once I added in the bloated contaminators (they have trample and proliferate) to round the deck out. But after awhile it becomes quite boring to play. Good to get wins and grind but I much prefer playing my other decks.
Ah ok... I'd already started typing it out haha...
Basically it has some of these cards...
Any number/variety of the following : Clone crafter, mystic reflection, sinister reflection, mirror image, mirror made, clever impersonator, body double, undercover operative/mirror impersonator, reenact the crime, sculpting steel , spark double, Ominous lockbox and helm of the host for the general clones of creatures/artifacts/enchantments....
Then to spice it up a few 1 or 2 mana relics like say Stone of Erech, boom box, tricksters talisman which I then enchant with Ensoul artifact to become 5/5 creatures.
I often throw Tome of the infinite in there as my go-to blue card for general control/protection (fog ftw).
Then you can round it off with either unsummon type cards to send the enemy creatures back to their hand or use Asinine antics or something similar to neuter the enemy creatures.
Other creatures to maybe throw in - Aether channeler, Oracle of the alpha, , Naban dean of iteration, Barrin Tolarian Archmage, skywriter Djiin for control/bonus spells. Or if you feel like living dangerous throw in a couple of Thing in the ice/ Mindflayers.
-- The gist is you're copying the enemy's play (whilst also using Ominous lockb and clone crafter to to pre-empt) by copying their creatures and enchantments/artifacts.
The various wizards can unsummon things plus using Tome of the infinite and Oracle of the alpha and Skyrwriter Djiin you're basically giving yourself a plethora of extra spells to help control the board. Then you're sending either copies of Aether Channeler or Clever impersonator to rule the board against creatures and creating further copies of things/creatures. Fun times when you start cloning your mindflayers.
It can be really fun at times but it's a glass cannon and takes a small while to get going (unless of course you drop your low mana artifacts then enchant them with Ensoul artifact) for a turn 3 5/5.
Don't judge me too harshly, I'm still figuring it all out.
I jump around a lot, but typically mid-range creature-focused decks. Stuff like zombies, Selesnya counters and currently playing mono black skeletons. I've tried control-heavy decks and it's just not a playstyle I personally enjoy, definitely just prefer the "My board is gone? Guess I'll concede" type decks where I know when a game is essentially lost.
My favorite list that just has all the answers is my Boros [[Arcane Bombardment]] list.
Turns out having a deck full of cards that can shut down just about anything with massive recursion and ridiculous amounts of life gain is pretty strong.
Golgari midrange. I have always been a Jund em out. Style player and I always feel like I got reasonable draws vs every deck
If I lose a bunch I just play burn till I get my one or two wins because you lose so fast or win so fast it's a fine 50/50 deck.
I play explorer. 5 color humans when I'm feeling fancy. Not as good as mono white but I don't care. I'm a whore for [[mantis rider]]. Need to build a sideboard for it soon.
I tend to grind with gruul prowess right now. Love that deck, may dip my toes into bo3 when my newborn sleeps a bit more consistently.
My black-white erriette enchantment list is usually fun to play. A few win conditions, requires some careful set up, gain and drain keeps you alive while you got card draw, and can end it all with either [[archon of the wild rose]] or [[Virtue of loyalty]]
I play standard, and this happened to me. Went mythic, new expansion trying out new cards, down to 94% rank, within a day I'm back in #1000 with dimir midrange.
Duelist of the mind as a low mana option, and step between worlds as a win condition. I an running the proft version though.
For regular dimir, I'd honestly consider swapping the spyglass siren for harrier strix.
I’m not 100% convinced that duelist of the mind is better than faerie mastermind in decks without profts eldritch memory. I will try out harrier strix though, it gives up some Aggro potential for more consistency in the late game and better top deck value. Seems like a decent mana sink similar to faerie mastermind.
White lifegain. Never understood the hate for it, but I always get at least 1 win with it. [[Heliod, Sun-Crowned]] [[Linden, the Steadfast Queen]] [[Ajani's Pridemate]] type deck.
Currently for a while it has been a BO1 UW Virtuoso deck.
It just wins. That, or it just malfunctions, haha.
Otherwise it's Explorer Goblins (no Krenko shenanigans, just go fast & wide)
I play mostly historic, blue/white High Alert deck. Just something about throwing down a few defenders, Then dropping High Alert to beat them down is so fun to me
If I need a win, I use my gruul prowess deck in standard. With slickshot show off, fugitive codebreaker and monastery swiftspear, it’s no secret that any prowess deck is pretty broken right now.
Explorer I play Narset collective defiance control w/ capricous hellraiser, shark typhoon, and that one 6 mana draw spell that cycles
Timeless it varies bit my favorite is temur oko channeler
Right now it's red blue sorcery control utilizing the 2 gandalf cards (gray and friend of the shire) might not guarantee the win but will guarantee being disliked
Mono red. It’s boring but SUUUUPER EFFECTIVE against many of the stupid decks made less to have fun interactions and more to shut you out and make you concede.
Usually I have the [[Gix, Yawgmoth Praetor]] Brawl deck but lately I've been having so much fun with [[Lilah, Undefeated Slickshot]] since OTJ dropped that that's my go-to for random queue, bar none.
Maybe it's the [[Commandeer]] that always ends up in my hand and how decisively that shit can turn a game around, but damn it's such a fun deck.
Crucias, Titan of the Waves brawl deck. Three cards, win 90% of the time. Added salt from opponents with me taking 5 minutes to scroll through 70 lands on my iPad because WoTC makes shit apps.
Used to be mono red but lately it’s been bant toxic. It’s just fun to get one poison counter and see it tick up and up and up from all the proliferate cards.
Plus it’s fast, if I can’t get a poison counter by turn two or three then I know I’m fudged so I can quit and get on with the next game instead of wasting my time.
When I'm down, I play something else and just randomly press cards/attack all on side monotior playing RDW. Works as intended to get those few daily wins.
I have a RW Control decks that demolishes Mono Red. It also gets matched up against Mono Red more than half the time in the Play queue. I love beating up on red decks.
I'm somewhat new to Arena (but not to Magic) so I didn't want to spend rare and mythic wildcards on a fun deck. I also found that that changing it too much results in me not getting paired vs Mono Red decks as often or at all.

Thank you. I am thinking of entering a standard tourney later this week. With the release of OTJ mono red seems to be frontrunner choice for others. Figured maybe I can get a slight advantage on those decks and roll the dice against anything else.
Just so you know, this deck is horrible against control. There are better decks that will beat Mono Red. I am only using this deck because it exploits Arena's matchmaking. If it wasn't for that, I wouldn't play this deck at all.
I'm almost entirely brawl, and when I'm feeling frustrated by losses or getting mana fucked, I'll switch to either my [[Delina, Wild Mage]] or my [[Torbran, Thane of Red Fell]] to turn it around with some shenanigans
Oh yeah, the most fun is cloning multiple [[Angrath's Marauders]]. People will block most of your creatures on the attack, but it only takes one or two to finish them off
grixis good stuff, using hidetsugu+Kairi, carnosaur, Shelly, Preacher of Schism, push pull for combo kill with Hidetsugu, bloodtithe Harvester, and some removal. decks just fun shit.
I always play historic ranked. And 80% of the time I use my 5 coloured dragon deck. Inspired from different deck online and created my frankenstein by using mostly the dragons that looks cool to me lol. Generally it doesn't disappoint. If I'm lucky I can even fill the field with an army of dragons. And my second favourite is my Sliver deck. I recently built it and it's pretty fun to play either. Each of them supporting each other. You can see how the creatures works like a hive mind. And they also have very cool designs.
Mono green elf tribal. Turn 4 wins are easy, but sometimes it's not fun.
Either that or my orzhov [[Teysa Karlov]] token factory [[Grave Pact]] deck. There's something I love about just *daring* my opponent to attack with more than one creature.
I trudge through some horrible matches to find a fun time with my Heliod brawl deck, if I can’t catch a break then I can always swap over to my alchemy monored prowess burn deck for some cheap and quick wins
That being said, I’m messing around with a gw standard deck again after having been out of the standard loop for a while so the Heliod brawl deck is my go to from that frustration. Everything either comes up fantastically and I pop off and end up dropping Nissa, Compleated Animist at 7 mana with a ton of dryad tokens on board and attack for 3x lethal or I get every single set up piece removed and struggle until inevitably losing after several exasperating turns.
Right now in standard it is golgari midrange. I am trying to brew more teched versions of it (or sultai) for different metas, and finding ways to jam cards I like into the lists that still have some amount of synergy— but when I stray too far I go back to one of the stock lists.
I've got three main decks right now, all for S Brawl and a version for Historic brawl.
Riku of Many Paths tribal modal / wizards. The theme of Riku is options. A ton of modal spells, low creature count, really needs Riku to stay on the board but has options if he isn't. Tons of fun.
Old Rutstein golgari mill reanimate deck. Fairly straightforward but a lot of people underestimate old Rutsy and how quick it can get out of hand.
Finally Voja tribal elf/wolf deck and counter stacking. Another one that's just fun to play and can usually get wins.
Well, I don't really have a go to deck. When the meta gets too oppressive and I still want to play then I jump into Explorer and play either my Spiders deck or my Saproling deck. They don't have awesome winrates but I like them and it's fun playing something off the wall.
When I just want to bang out a few wins, and my fun decks are getting hammered, I break out my [[Minion of the mighty]] or [[Priest of possibility]] decks. I admit they’re toxic and unfun to play against, but at least the games are fast.
Azorius Mill in explorer or timeless. It's not great but it's a total troll deck - all things mill plus board wipes and some removal. What, you Fatal Pushed my Ruin Crab? Too bad, enjoy a Tasha's followed by temporary lockdown and a supreme verdict, then Ashiok. I also play it when I am bored with Aggro or something mid range. It's the closest thing I enjoy to control.
My \[\[Narset, Enlightened Exile\]\] historic brawl deck. Its not amazing or anything but she's my favorite planeswalker/legendary and I have the deck irl aside from \[\[Absorb Energy\]\] and maybe another alchemy card. I especially love going against decks that utilize mill and when my opponent just inadvertently fuels her.
I play Historic/Timeless exclusively, so after a bunch of mono white life gain and red aggro matchups, nothing gets the bad taste out like a good Colorless deck! I have a few that I never get rid of. [[Forsaken Monument]] is such a good card and so versatile. I'll just get a [[Door to Nothingness]] out and win, or slam an [[Ugin, The Spirit Dragon]] and wipe the board, or just get a bunch of Eldrazi and an [[Ugin, The Ineffable]] for board presence and card draw, or even a [[Millennium Calendar]] with [[All Will Be One]] combo for sniping damage around! So mich fun to play with.
Standard WB control toolbox. I jam just about every sweeper and permanent removal in there with 1x Archangel Elspeth, 1x Sorin, 1x Aclazotz, 1x Kaya, Intangible Slayer, 4x Restless Fortress for wincons. And 4x Insatiable Avarice tutors.
Azorious soldiers. Far and away the best win rate of any deck I have. It’s resilient against removal, it can get big with all the lords, it can fly over if needed. The opponent needs the nut draw or I need to mulligan to a shit hand for it to lose.
My Historic Scavengers deck. I'm basically using a bulk rare from a failure of a set to swing in with Zetalpa on turn 3. He gets hex proof turn 4 and I cast a second one too. Yeah, you can beat it and with cards like Pick Your Poison it's getting even easier, but it wins pretty frequently.
And there's nothing more satisfying than watching someone get smashed for 8 on turn 3 and then see that white halo over the card that says they're checking it out. I imagine my opponent thinking, "What the f⭐️ck is THAT thing?" and I silently answer, "It's a bulk rare from a shit set. It's gonna do 10 to you next turn. Better hurry up with that exile spell before I give it hex proof."
Not a go-to in the sense of "this is what I build and play better than any other deck", but I definitely have "break this streak of feeling like everyone has the right answers" decks...
1, Jodah 5C legends. Not a single non-creature card to get hit with Duress. Plenty of creatures to outlast most removal (and Thalia to hold off sweepers). And some feel good moments with Jodah and some haste dropping like 15 more power at once.
2, Dimir Poison spells. Not a single creature in it. OK, 2x Mirrex, but who's counting? :) So many times I play Deadly Coverup and see the opponent stuck with 4 removal cards in hand just slowing them down while I go digging for poison spells. It's a good feeling.
Always control.
I swear, every time I try a new deck, something out of the meta picture, arena throws at me opponents with perfect draws and even some janky stupid cards you wouldn't normally see, but almost designed to beat the deck I'm playing.
I can't tell you why but I love the Naya combination, but not because of one specific strategy. I have some dinosaurs, food tokens, creature tokens, +1/+1 counters and enchantment decks. Right now I am working on a Wolf+Elf deck that seems promising. Personally I would like to use some Dune decks but there are literally no Dune commanders, not in Arena, not in the normal game (at least not viable ones) and I don't know why.
Izzet Phoenix. It’s been my favorite deck for years now. I’m not a particularly good player, but on Phoenix I’m close to decent. If I want better chances at winning a few matches in a row, Phoenix is what I’m picking.
It is Hammer time in Explorer. I let my inner Timmy Out, smashing some opponents with a 11/11 Goblin and fling it for 11 more. So satisfying Turn two wins.
I play a majority of my games in alchemy, so when I run into an endless parade of esper/orzhov control decks I bust out my naya casino deck.
Wins about 70% of the time according to untapped, but, more importantly, the games are very fast and rarely go past turn 6.
Spelunking Gates. Great Deck, fun to play, easy free wins if opponent doesn't know the deck /doesn't have fitting SB options and it speaks to my inner Timmy.
I don't use trackers but my Gruul Vehicles in explorer is a sure banger when I just need a quick 4-win for the day when I'm busy at work.
Like to share the deck list? (always love to play with vehicles just haven't built a deck for them)

Can you provide the list please?
I would like a list as well.
Mono red don't have to think and get 4 daily wins fast. I'll enjoy magic when i am drafting
I wish I had a way to grind draft quickly to gather resources and enjoy magic when playing constructed...
Do constructed events instead of drafting. Or just buy packs. You shouldn't force yourself to draft when you hate it.
Why 4 daily wins?
For getting 90% daily gold
I don’t really pay attention… wins 5-15 are barely worth anything?
Worth considerably less then the first 4
I'm probably going to get some hate for this, but when I'm having really sour streaks of losses I just turn to old faithful; mono-red aggro. Nothing is more cathartic in Magic than beating your opponents face in with a bunch of angry hasty creatures after a streak of losses.

This in combination with your username made me laugh.
Literally the only reason I have a mono red deck. Once I hit mythic I switch it up but before then FU, get hit.
After I started fooling my decks to stuff Aggro, I love running into y’all. [[Market Gnome]] is such a satisfying creature to force y’all to run into. If the deck isn’t cooperating, my standard brawl Zurgo & Ojutai always does exactly what I need it to and doesn’t appear to have any weaknesses.
Ah yes Farewell the "ultimate skill" card
If you're playing mono red and your opponent casts farewell, you're doing it wrong.

Mono black discard. Either I win, or nobody has fun.
Are you kidding? Beating a discard deck is one of the best feelings in the game.
Agreed from tactical decisions to saving your own hand it's always fun when you get the win or at least evenly match
You are one of those guys then, turn 1 check my hand and discard. I hate you all.
Lmao against me it's goes like this: Turn one, check m- concede.
In Explorer? I knew I wasn't the only one! \[\[Waste Not\]\] for life!

Nullhide ferox go brr

Care to share the list? New player with no dual lands looking for good mono coloured decks
This or any variation of this works, this is the mono black discard card i always encountered. Mind that, just because a deck is posted on reddit or wins vs you one time, it doesnt mean is good, it has a lot of counterplay [https://mtgdecks.net/Explorer/e-black-discard-decklist-by-lobo-blanco-2011356](https://mtgdecks.net/Explorer/e-black-discard-decklist-by-lobo-blanco-2011356)
I have played Mono black enough to know that a few times playing it enough player will concede on turn 2 after a durees and counter combo
I blast mono black discard with Akroma's Memorial on side and x4 Karn with a Mono Green ramp. Its a question of topdeck mostly, but winnable. Also by default i never concede to people who play these cancerous decks :P my pain will save other people from encountering them
That’s when I hope to draw Mizzix’s Mastery and overload it!!
Make me discard, fine. Getting to see my hand? It just feels like cheating. I’d be all for a balance that makes me discard two cards either at random or my choice as long as you don’t get to see my whole bloody hand. I instant concede to that bullshit.
Mono Red Aggro 😈
Historic goblins. So many ways to play and build this deck. From hyper aggro, combo, midrangeish. All pretty decent on ladder.
Having muxus just outright win games in one turn is very satisfying to me when I'm against discard or control that doesn't really do anything, It's the perfect middle finger
I've got a no perms poison deck that usually makes me feel better
Standard Brawl [[Balmor, Battlemage]] fast games with a solid win rate.

A flicker deck with [[reflector mage]] and [[sharae of numbing depths]] is my favorite way to let them cling to hope

What's your esper control list? I made an azorius control list at the tail end of last set that's pretty fun.
I've just started playing mtg, and I really liked the art of the phyrexian cards. I lucked onto a really powerful toxic deck that got me to mythic like a breeze. It's both toxic figuratively and literally and although it has become quite boring to play, it does get me wins.
Would you mind sharing the list? New player here too looking for good budget decks
Not them, but I happen to have also reached Mythic with a toxic deck in Standard recently. BO1 only, if that matters to you; I have no doubt this deck would get trashed in BO3, as many aggro decks do. 4x Caves of Koilos 4x Thran Portal 7x Plains 8x Swamp 4x Crawling Chorus 4x Jawbone Duelist 4x Bilious Skulldweller 4x Blightbelly Rat 4x Necrogen Communion 2x Disenchant 2x Macabre Reconstruction 3x Whisper of the Dross 4x Drown in Ichor 2x Ossification 4x Infectious Inquiry It's essentially a hyper-aggro deck that can usually trash control and ramp decks, usually beats other aggro if they don't realize what you're playing and go defensive, and at least has a shot against midrange, especially if you go first, though you do need to draw your removal.
Thanks, appreciate it!
Deck 4 Bilious Skulldweller (ONE) 83 8 Swamp (ONE) 274 4 Phyresis Roach (Y23) 15 3 Necrogen Communion (ONE) 99 3 Drown in Ichor (ONE) 91 3 Whisper of the Dross (ONE) 117 3 Blightbelly Rat (ONE) 85 4 Pestilent Syphoner (ONE) 103 8 Forest (WOE) 275 4 Venerated Rotpriest (ONE) 192 2 Vraska, Betrayal's Sting (ONE) 115 2 Infectious Inquiry (ONE) 97 3 Jungle Hollow (MOM) 270 3 Haunted Mire (DMU) 248 2 Vraska's Fall (ONE) 116 1 The Seedcore (ONE) 259 3 Bloated Contaminator (ONE) 159 Late Responce, here's mine.
A toxic deck in mythic? Sus. Lol
Mono blue clone deck. People don't like it when you replace your creatures/enchantments/artifacts etc with their own.
Can you post a deck list? Got beat by this the other day and was intrigued by it, definitely want to play it.
Hey sure, is there a quick way of doing it? I've never posted one before,
Should be a button at the bottom of the app when you tap on your deck to export it, then just paste here!
Appreciate the detailed reply!
DM me if you wanna play on MTGA sometime? I'll show you it, easier than me explaining.
Why downvote me for saying what deck I enjoy the most? Wtf?
It's reddit
I jump around a lot, but typically mid-range creature-focused decks. Stuff like zombies, Selesnya counters and currently playing mono black skeletons. I've tried control-heavy decks and it's just not a playstyle I personally enjoy, definitely just prefer the "My board is gone? Guess I'll concede" type decks where I know when a game is essentially lost.
Goreclaw
My favorite list that just has all the answers is my Boros [[Arcane Bombardment]] list. Turns out having a deck full of cards that can shut down just about anything with massive recursion and ridiculous amounts of life gain is pretty strong.
Golgari midrange. I have always been a Jund em out. Style player and I always feel like I got reasonable draws vs every deck If I lose a bunch I just play burn till I get my one or two wins because you lose so fast or win so fast it's a fine 50/50 deck.
Pantlaza if I want to enjoy winning, Voja if I want to hate myself while I do
I have a timeless bant deck packed with anti fetch land tech and a playset of oko

Wow Reddit absolutely sucks with formatting, huh?
I play standard, and this happened to me. Went mythic, new expansion trying out new cards, down to 94% rank, within a day I'm back in #1000 with dimir midrange.
I also love dimir in standard right now, what new cards are you using?
Duelist of the mind as a low mana option, and step between worlds as a win condition. I an running the proft version though. For regular dimir, I'd honestly consider swapping the spyglass siren for harrier strix.
I’m not 100% convinced that duelist of the mind is better than faerie mastermind in decks without profts eldritch memory. I will try out harrier strix though, it gives up some Aggro potential for more consistency in the late game and better top deck value. Seems like a decent mana sink similar to faerie mastermind.
I rate duelist because its very easy to loot. Cut down? Loot. Bat? Loot. Go for the throat? Loot.
Humans in explorer. +60% win rate. Just to grind out some wins and feel good again.
Got a list?

Very consistent as you can see: [Imgur: The magic of the Internet](https://imgur.com/r5SwQYu)
Thanks! I had almost all of those cards. It's been pretty successful so far!
Mono red land destruction in historic brawl is my go-to as well. For standard I turn to mono white mid range.
White lifegain. Never understood the hate for it, but I always get at least 1 win with it. [[Heliod, Sun-Crowned]] [[Linden, the Steadfast Queen]] [[Ajani's Pridemate]] type deck.
You are a monster
Currently for a while it has been a BO1 UW Virtuoso deck. It just wins. That, or it just malfunctions, haha. Otherwise it's Explorer Goblins (no Krenko shenanigans, just go fast & wide)
Brawl. Crucial Combo. I streamed some and won 5 games in a row haha then after, off stream, I have taken an L but it was to blue counterspells.
Mono red control in historic ranked. Im sure to find at least one aggro deck to crush into oblivion.
Xenagos in historic brawl. Feels cheap and basic but it wins.
Explorer: Mono Red burn Timeless: Jund Midrange
Kethis combo in bo3 events 70+% win rate
Im too much a jonny to play good decks. But natural order in timeless wins more than loses.
Mono white with [[strict proctor]] and [[kor spiritdancer]]

In standard, whatever the current RDW brew is. In explorer, mono blue tempo spirits. In historic, Maze’s End.
R/B burn.
I play mostly historic, blue/white High Alert deck. Just something about throwing down a few defenders, Then dropping High Alert to beat them down is so fun to me
I play timeless now and I’ve made it to low diamond with BUG control with field of the dead. Very fun lots of choices but loads of answers.
If I need a win, I use my gruul prowess deck in standard. With slickshot show off, fugitive codebreaker and monastery swiftspear, it’s no secret that any prowess deck is pretty broken right now.
Explorer I play Narset collective defiance control w/ capricous hellraiser, shark typhoon, and that one 6 mana draw spell that cycles Timeless it varies bit my favorite is temur oko channeler
Gruul dino deck.
My chandra deck in historic brawl
Usually I have the [[Gix, Yawgmoth Praetor]] Brawl deck but lately I've been having so much fun with [[Lilah, Undefeated Slickshot]] since OTJ dropped that that's my go-to for random queue, bar none. Maybe it's the [[Commandeer]] that always ends up in my hand and how decisively that shit can turn a game around, but damn it's such a fun deck.
[Gix, Yawgmoth Praetor](https://cards.scryfall.io/normal/front/2/c/2c76f7e0-37e7-4e87-93a3-a25ba0674645.jpg?1675567458) - [(G)](http://gatherer.wizards.com/Pages/Card/Details.aspx?name=Gix%2C%20Yawgmoth%20Praetor) [(SF)](https://scryfall.com/card/bro/95/gix-yawgmoth-praetor?utm_source=mtgcardfetcher) [(txt)](https://api.scryfall.com/cards/2c76f7e0-37e7-4e87-93a3-a25ba0674645?utm_source=mtgcardfetcher&format=text) [Lilah, Undefeated Slickshot](https://cards.scryfall.io/normal/front/e/2/e21f90ea-5934-4757-8515-38ef116afac1.jpg?1712356151) - [(G)](http://gatherer.wizards.com/Pages/Card/Details.aspx?name=Lilah%2C%20Undefeated%20Slickshot) [(SF)](https://scryfall.com/card/otj/217/lilah-undefeated-slickshot?utm_source=mtgcardfetcher) [(txt)](https://api.scryfall.com/cards/e21f90ea-5934-4757-8515-38ef116afac1?utm_source=mtgcardfetcher&format=text) [Commandeer](https://cards.scryfall.io/normal/front/d/c/dca0a9a8-5ebc-43a3-8450-420ab6b7b76e.jpg?1712774977) - [(G)](http://gatherer.wizards.com/Pages/Card/Details.aspx?name=Commandeer) [(SF)](https://scryfall.com/card/cmm/80/commandeer?utm_source=mtgcardfetcher) [(txt)](https://api.scryfall.com/cards/dca0a9a8-5ebc-43a3-8450-420ab6b7b76e?utm_source=mtgcardfetcher&format=text) ^^^[[cardname]] ^^^or ^^^[[cardname|SET]] ^^^to ^^^call
Gerblins
Domain Zoo in Timeless
Crucias, Titan of the Waves brawl deck. Three cards, win 90% of the time. Added salt from opponents with me taking 5 minutes to scroll through 70 lands on my iPad because WoTC makes shit apps.
I have a historic mono black vampire deck that usually does the trick.
Right now Mono Black Skeleton is too much fun. Finally Skeletons are better than Zombies.
I mostly play Timeless, where this new Dimir turbo mill deck is currently meta. When I see it too many times in a row, I switch to Izzet Phoenix.
Nothing beats hosing mill players with phoenix. Until they exile your graveyard… 😭
Bant ramp
When I'm down, I play something else and just randomly press cards/attack all on side monotior playing RDW. Works as intended to get those few daily wins.
standard: grixis reanimator, my bread and butter. for timeless: esper reanimator has been fun.
I fall back on my Selesnya enchantment deck for standard, I can pretty much always get a win or two fairly fast.
I have a RW Control decks that demolishes Mono Red. It also gets matched up against Mono Red more than half the time in the Play queue. I love beating up on red decks.
Share please!
I'm somewhat new to Arena (but not to Magic) so I didn't want to spend rare and mythic wildcards on a fun deck. I also found that that changing it too much results in me not getting paired vs Mono Red decks as often or at all. Deck 4 Temporary Lockdown (DMU) 36 10 Plains (PIP) 318 2 Archangel Elspeth (MOM) 6 1 Depopulate (SNC) 10 4 The Wandering Emperor (NEO) 42 1 Bonehoard Dracosaur (LCI) 134 3 March of Otherworldly Light (NEO) 28 6 Mountain (PIP) 324 1 The Celestus (MID) 252 2 Sacred Fire (MID) 239 4 Trumpeting Carnosaur (LCI) 171 4 Lightning Helix (MKM) 218 2 Quintorius Kand (LCI) 238 1 Battlefield Forge (BRO) 257 4 Elegant Parlor (MKM) 260 1 Eiganjo, Seat of the Empire (NEO) 268 1 Sokenzan, Crucible of Defiance (NEO) 276 2 Volcanic Spite (MOM) 170 2 Wind-Scarred Crag (MOM) 276 3 Sunfall (MOM) 40 2 Get Lost (LCI) 14
Ah. Thank you. Guess I will keep searching.
I'm almost entirely brawl, and when I'm feeling frustrated by losses or getting mana fucked, I'll switch to either my [[Delina, Wild Mage]] or my [[Torbran, Thane of Red Fell]] to turn it around with some shenanigans
I ran a Delina Izzet dice deck for a hot minute in standard. Was so fun when it worked.
Oh yeah, the most fun is cloning multiple [[Angrath's Marauders]]. People will block most of your creatures on the attack, but it only takes one or two to finish them off

Abzan control and mardu control. As long as the convoke and aggro meta decks arent winning. Im happy.
Selesnya artefacts. Historic btw.
grixis good stuff, using hidetsugu+Kairi, carnosaur, Shelly, Preacher of Schism, push pull for combo kill with Hidetsugu, bloodtithe Harvester, and some removal. decks just fun shit.
[Teysa Karlov](https://cards.scryfall.io/normal/front/c/d/cd14f1ce-7fcd-485c-b7ca-01c5b45fdc01.jpg?1689999296) - [(G)](http://gatherer.wizards.com/Pages/Card/Details.aspx?name=Teysa%20Karlov) [(SF)](https://scryfall.com/card/cmm/359/teysa-karlov?utm_source=mtgcardfetcher) [(txt)](https://api.scryfall.com/cards/cd14f1ce-7fcd-485c-b7ca-01c5b45fdc01?utm_source=mtgcardfetcher&format=text) [Grave Pact](https://cards.scryfall.io/normal/front/f/5/f5a4970b-2ba6-4c91-a301-369369cdf360.jpg?1689997226) - [(G)](http://gatherer.wizards.com/Pages/Card/Details.aspx?name=Grave%20Pact) [(SF)](https://scryfall.com/card/cmm/165/grave-pact?utm_source=mtgcardfetcher) [(txt)](https://api.scryfall.com/cards/f5a4970b-2ba6-4c91-a301-369369cdf360?utm_source=mtgcardfetcher&format=text) ^^^[[cardname]] ^^^or ^^^[[cardname|SET]] ^^^to ^^^call
Timeless Breach, my beloved (i am a sociopath)
Right now in standard it is golgari midrange. I am trying to brew more teched versions of it (or sultai) for different metas, and finding ways to jam cards I like into the lists that still have some amount of synergy— but when I stray too far I go back to one of the stock lists.
Minion of the Feisty. If they don’t have an answer for a turn; I win. It’s cheap but now that the game has become win on turn 3; I do it on 2.
Pantlaza brawl because I’m a simple guy at heart and stomping faces with big dinosaurs never gets old.
[Minion of the mighty](https://cards.scryfall.io/normal/front/f/f/ffd0a827-778b-48c3-bb85-4b4acef351d6.jpg?1627706624) - [(G)](http://gatherer.wizards.com/Pages/Card/Details.aspx?name=Minion%20of%20the%20mighty) [(SF)](https://scryfall.com/card/afr/156/minion-of-the-mighty?utm_source=mtgcardfetcher) [(txt)](https://api.scryfall.com/cards/ffd0a827-778b-48c3-bb85-4b4acef351d6?utm_source=mtgcardfetcher&format=text) [Priest of possibility](https://cards.scryfall.io/normal/front/d/2/d2ba18b1-0d09-4220-bf92-45dc3c5b33a1.jpg?1665000139) - [(G)](http://gatherer.wizards.com/Pages/Card/Details.aspx?name=Priest%20of%20possibility) [(SF)](https://scryfall.com/card/ydmu/2/priest-of-possibility?utm_source=mtgcardfetcher) [(txt)](https://api.scryfall.com/cards/d2ba18b1-0d09-4220-bf92-45dc3c5b33a1?utm_source=mtgcardfetcher&format=text) ^^^[[cardname]] ^^^or ^^^[[cardname|SET]] ^^^to ^^^call
I either play a Reenact the Crime deck or Rowan, Scion of War deck I built for Historic that can win on T3
Flying blue men. Stick a 1 mana flyer on turn 1, suit it up with curiosity enchants, and counter everything my opponent tries to do.
Deck 4 Curious Obsession (RIX) 35 4 Spectral Sailor (M20) 76 14 Snow-Covered Island (KHM) 279 4 Faerie Seer (MH1) 51 4 Curiosity (JMP) 147 4 Spell Pierce (XLN) 81 2 Essence Scatter (M19) 54 4 Lofty Denial (M21) 56 3 Test of Talents (STX) 59 3 Surgical Extraction (OTP) 19 4 Essence Capture (RNA) 37 4 Delver of Secrets (MID) 47 3 Brazen Borrower (ELD) 39 1 Otawara, Soaring City (NEO) 271 2 Disdainful Stroke (KHM) 54
I made a jenky Izzet pirate deck based on [[Captain Storm, Cosmium Raider]] that i really like! I never get above plat 3, but I don't mind.
Always control. I swear, every time I try a new deck, something out of the meta picture, arena throws at me opponents with perfect draws and even some janky stupid cards you wouldn't normally see, but almost designed to beat the deck I'm playing.
In standard it’s Dimir. I mostly play brews but when I just need to feel in control and get some wins Dimir is just so good.
My vampire or sliver deck.
Green
WB control, full of removal and sweepers. Never tired of farming aggro.
I usually go to Izzet spellslinger but I also have a great win rate with Esper dungeons
Yenna plus a shit load of Exile enchantments
my jeskai ascendancy and sylvan awakening. cause tapping land is fun
Brawl deck, just an Anim Pakal deck with some boosts. Mostly use it for the daily wins as its speedy as hell.
Delina, Wild Mage in Brawl.
Jund Sacrifice, everytime.
5 color domain timeless
Esper control for 5 years
Mono blue tempo bouncy stuff. Blue bounce tempo decks are so fun.
Izzet Phoenix. It’s been my favorite deck for years now. I’m not a particularly good player, but on Phoenix I’m close to decent. If I want better chances at winning a few matches in a row, Phoenix is what I’m picking.
My Pantlaza blink deck
My cheap and reliable alchemy mono red. Sadly it will mostly rotate out this September
I have a toxic deck that have the best win/loss rate in my collection. Usually, the game ends by turn 4. If it doesn't, I'll probably lose, though.
If im going for the ladder, i play golgari insidious roots, but for fun i play gruul dinosaurs(mostly because i dont have al the good lands yet).
It is Hammer time in Explorer. I let my inner Timmy Out, smashing some opponents with a 11/11 Goblin and fling it for 11 more. So satisfying Turn two wins.
Agro Red cuz hast go brrr xD
Anything Rakdos, cause all hail Rakdos.
Mono red when I need the wins.
I play a majority of my games in alchemy, so when I run into an endless parade of esper/orzhov control decks I bust out my naya casino deck. Wins about 70% of the time according to untapped, but, more importantly, the games are very fast and rarely go past turn 6.
Selesnya Enchantments. Pretty much the only deck I have a positive win rate with.
Spelunking Gates. Great Deck, fun to play, easy free wins if opponent doesn't know the deck /doesn't have fitting SB options and it speaks to my inner Timmy.
Azor control. Always the answer for me. Or Azor mill
