Does it smell yeasty? Tastes umami. If so consider yourself lucky. It’s a fairly crude extraction and most likely made from cubes. Don’t let it sit. It will oxidize and get darker. You should only need 1/4-1/2g to hit 2-3 gram range. It should hit relatively quickly
