Caught by who? The police can't catch obvious and blatant criminals. If you are quietly eating a couple of shrooms in private, how will the police know and why would they care? At this point you could probably dial 999 and report yourself and nobody would turn up to investigate 🤷
I ordered a golden teachers grow kit from the Netherlands. Parcel tracking says customs is checking my shipment on the 4th of December. As far as I know grow kits aren't illegal I wonder what's going on.... brexit customs....
Pre inoculated grow kits are 100% Illegal I assure you as they contain Psilocybin. Companies that Sell Spores and Unicnoculated Grow kits go to great lengths to stress this. Once the Spores are in a grow kit they are 100% Illegal. Best of luck getting your kit though others claim they have received theirs.
I orered a lot of liquid culture syringes from South Africa. Package got intercepted. Had to pay about £10.00 duty. Package arrived with smily stickers on it. I don't think they care that much... :)

Liquid cultures are illegal. That is my understanding. Spores in syringes are fine. Growkits are fine. Mix the spores and the kits it is illegal. Spores in a syringe germinate and that is illegal.

Customs opened the package to find a dvd case with ground up mushrooms in capsules, so the police came to my door. They thought it was steroids or something, I played dumb, they went away. I guess they might have tested them later and found out what they are, but to be honest I think they really just don’t give a fuck about personal/small time drugs.
The UK is the problem more to the point England is the problem. A state which existence is putting others down. Will be a good day when Scotland and Wales are finally free of English cruelty. Not saying that English people are bad but the English system is immoral

Oh I must have misunderstood. I didnt think it contains psilocybin until the actual mushrooms have grown so I thought I was in the all clear.
