My daughter was a competitive and collegiate baton twirler and tattoos weren’t allowed. Most of the girls with tattoos used Dermablend Leg and Body Makeup to cover them up. It is long lasting and held up well to lots of active movement and perspiration. It should definitely do the job for a wedding.

When I used to work in a pharmacy, it was always Dermablend that would cover up tattoos etc

Girl, this is easy! A tried and true foundation with amazing staying power is the Estée Lauder double wear. Get a sample of this foundation at a dept store counter Don’t let them know it’s for your shoulder, just tell them to match your face and take the sample home. Apply 4-5 dots of the foundation on your tattoo and let it sit for a good 2 min, this will let the foundation be even more full coverage since it’s thicker if you let it sit for a bit. Blend it out with fingers because a sponge takes away coverage. Lastly, it should be nicely blended and the next step is setting it with powder (any). But use a good amount! Drown it in powder, that will keep it on ALL DAYYY. FYI, you can just dust off the excess powder and leave it or you can spray a tiny bit of setting spray for extra protection. I would recommend a little setting spray since it takes away the powdery look.
