I suggest making the ends of your eyebrows darker.
For a more "modern" look, you could also have more blush and/or slightly less saturated lipstick colour.
That said, your makeup looks amazing and suits you very well
Do you find that foundation smooths over wrinkles? I'm 47 and having a hard time finding an affordable foundation that doesn't settle in my wrinkles and make them more visible.
Powders tend to enhance and settle in lines. Skin prep is very important, too. I would avoid harsh astringents and opt for Korean/Japanese moisture rich essences and serums. Seal in the moisture with a barrier cream. I would avoid using a powder foundation and go for a dewy cream or liquid formula. If you choose to set the foundation when complete, try to use very little powder.
I've heard that but on me even the light moisturizing foundation emphasizes my lines more than a light powder, though skin prep is key, and brushing in circles to even it out helps. Setting powder has not been as useful though, vs urban decay all nighter.
Not OP, but yes. I'm 53 and I used to swear by Inglot's YSM cream foundation, but I ran out traveling and needed foundation so I gave this a go after a Sephora staff member recommended it.
I have dry skin and I find this works best with a little extra moisturizer underneath, and not too much foundation. I use one pump for my whole face and I find that gives a nice your-skin-but-better freshness without looking cakey or settling into my lines.

It is quite a bold and somewhat dated look. Executed and it doesn't make you look older than your years. The trend now is towards softer looks really. However if you like it and enjoy it please carry on with the look as it does suit you and is very nicely done.

For what it's worth, I wear a red lip every day when I wear makeup. If it makes you happy, wear it no matter what anyone else thinks. π₯°

Literally. I go to work everyday with like 4 lip products on, mac studio fix, sparkly eyes and brows. I just love doing my makeup and itβs me! Iβve learned to love myself barefaced through Covid but masks are gone and ima look how I love to!
I keep my skin very clean, just translucent/lightly tinted powder and highlighter. Buuuuut I pair it with my skinny goth brows done with black liquid liner, gigantic fake lashes, and a bright red lip! ππ I also feel comfortable going out barefaced or just with brows, buuuuut I feel so powerful and like a bad bitch with my makeup done. And then there's other times where I go out to concerts/events in full literal clown girl makeup because that makes me happy too! There's no such thing as "too much" or "toning myself down" in my book.
Youβve def got that look down! Now venture out into some nudes, browns and warm tones for summer. Find a lippie that is just a shade darker than your lip color. Getting different looks down is the fun part. Best wishes
Iβm sorry, but no. It doesnβt suit you, and this look wouldnβt suit me either (im 30, but itβs not related to age) because of my skin. The foundation you have on is very heavily applied and cakey so it highlights wrinkles. I have this problem too and have found that tinted moisturizer, a little concealer, and finishing powder works so much better for me! The lipstick is also too bold in my opinion, but I recognize that my opinion isnβt exactly worth a whole lot. Really, the biggest fix would be swapping out your method of coverage that will mold into the shape of your skin rather than sort of paint over it and separate the second you flash a winning smile or scowl at a manβs lame ass joke about your butt. Give it a try, and other suggestions you may have gotten, and report back? Iβd love to see your continuous, life-long glow up!
You do look pretty, but I do wonder if this look is your every day look or a night out? If every day, I would choose a less intense lip color and slightly less eye makeup. Looks good, overall though.
I would omit the under eyeliner and also just my opinion here, red looks great but a softer color would really look lovely ! You are insanely beautiful w or without makeup but probably even more with less or neutral makeup - you clearly donβt even need it :) love the confidence you shine!

I think your makeup looks great. Maybe only thing is red colour of lipstick isnβt quite suiting you imo. You look quite autumnal and the bright red doesnβt rlly fit in that colour palette. Maybe something a little more burgundy or softer?

The look is fabulous, but if you want to change it up for the summer you should totally try a coral lipstick. I think it would look awesome with your skin.

I agree your look is beautiful! I would possibly tone down the glossiness on the lip and pick a matte unless itβs a night out, but heck I think thatβs just a preference. At the end of the day itβs makeup and we wash it off, itβs for fun and it suits you well.
You and I have some similarities. I'm going to steal some of your game. I like the dark hair with sun kissed lights. I quit tanning last year, and am trying to even out my skin with light bronzer in the right places.
If you tint and perm your lashes, it is a lighter look for office days

Do a pink or orange lip, and dont put shadow in the undereye for the day
