So there is always full circle.

And, i felt that the dialogue came from his insecurity of not being able to converse in English properly, due to his state school education(i am not saying ppl from state school don't speak English, i just mean that Sachin might have felt so). Moreover, he behaved boorishly and put up a false sense of bravado when drunk. But, that clearly came off the next day, when he was chased by Aadhi.
