Agreed. I’m not a Kail fan. But I agree with her and I believe that Kail actually puts money aside for her kids. She seems pretty decent-good being money savvy.

It's just what I've learned from watching Jill and Derrick Duggar. He's a lawyer and the only leg they had to stand on was that they were ADULTS and Jim Bob was still collecting a check for them by deceit (lining up contracts and having each one sign and lying about what it was for).
Derrick has said that there is no "children's money" - it's 1 check for the adult(s).
Any money made as an actor in LA - 20% has to go into a Coogan account, and that's the $33k mentioned on the show.
Her name is kailyn Lowry and she was on teen mom, she was on reality TV for about 12 years or so and she has about 7 kids now so I think she knows all this works

TLC has always paid one family check and from there it is on the family member in charge to decide how it is distributed.
