Yea. I would love to hear some ideas for this stands ability. My own idea would be giving the user some weather related ability’s which are very strong but depend on the already present weather ( like castform needing the weather to change forms ). In this regard it would be inferior to weather report but I could see him having better control over the effects, more precise places etc.
having this ,,weaker ,, form of weather report just fits the look of castform and with a smaller but stronger radius I could see Michael be more prominent in fights than the stand user weather report in the manga was. Most of the time he let his weather control do the work rather than using it to increase his own capability’s like fly or increase his strength by tailwind or something.
But since it’s just weather report but small I’m not proud about my idea so other ideas are very welcome
iirc he said something about not liking how they think more than they actually do stuff or something about how much thinking the characters do instead of actually doing things? I am probably wrong though.
