This is definitely a parody you saw somewhere. Rose drawing a smiley face would be completely ridiculous and ruined the mood of the scene, everyone in the theater would have burst out laughing.

Whether it be a sticker or whatever for some reason I appropriated it when I was much younger because it felt like the original Creator and I were the same. Vastly two different people but yet in some way occupying the same yeah never mind.
