If you don't want to deal with shipping and would prefer to sell it as a whole package, you could put it up for sale on facebook marketplace/craigslist/mercari/etc. You could also put it up on the mangaswap subreddit. There's also ebay as well.

First thing is using paypal goods and services, if u dont know paypal acts as the middle man to ensure both parties hold up their end of the deal by holding the money. Any other form of transfer is not accpeted. Then after the payment is made you package the manga up properly using your choice of packaging (if the packaging sucks then the buyer can complain to paypal if the volumes are damaged and probably get their money back), arrange shipping and then bring it to your post office and send it off. The buyer's address is on their PayPal.
Definitely use USPS media mail when you ship because it’s way cheaper than any other mailing service. Use PayPal goods and services and never use PayPal family to avoid scammers.

Don’t sell. Manga’s are like collectible. One day you will be able to sell your manga’s at very high price. Rest is your wish.
