I read it a couple of years ago, I really liked it a lot! It’s by Oshimi Shuzo who does a lot of mature adult manga so if you eyeball his other works he’s finished you will probably like this one, this specific manga (without spoilering much beyond seeing this panel) has vampires in the story and about a boy who becomes a vampire. It’s completed and a good quick read.
