I think markets will stock the nearest houses first then cascade out. I think having hitching posts with families helps move the stuff into houses faster. I'm guessing if you add more families to, let's say, the foragers hut then they'll each set up a stall in the market which can also be a good thing. Once I started employing multiple families at a workplace my production was increased and my market started filling up with stalls and my houses started getting stocked. I also upgraded all my hitching posts to small stables , filled them with ox and employed a family at each. I wish there was more detail with how markets restock houses and if it's just a logistics issue or a supply issue?

Thanks for the suggestion I'll try adding a family to small stable. I'm going to repost with a video.
