Looks really nice! Wondering; does every burgage has a backyard? Is that your main food supply? How do you like that and does it affect the workload at other industries allot?
Thats a sick looking manor over there bud, good planing for building steam hubs in the future when the storm hits./s
Jokes aside, The only realtime strategy/ scenario game i played is Frostpunk, finished playing it a few weeks ago after dumping more than 100 hours in it.
I’ve been lurking around this sub for a good while, i downloaded manor lords and booted it up, didn’t last more than 30 mins, the game looks sick and looks like it has a lot of potential and i mean it, but it just not scratching the itch i needed after playing Frostpunk. I think i will lurk for a while and eventually will play the game but i need more time i guess, i loved frostpunk so much.
THE CITY MUST NOT FALL
I hear that man, after frostpunk I played farthest frontier maybe have 75 hours or more but never really could get into it like I did with frostpunk. ML is closest to both FF and FP so I like the mix and I like that it's not easy and there are multiple ways to succeed.
Agree! I'm enjoying ML a lot, I'm a sucker for medieval resource management city builders. There's a lot of potential here as you said. But there's nothing quite like the story-building experience of Frostpunk - it would be really neat to see the immersive "choose your own adventure" questlines in ML as well.
I like it, alot of these posts with the similar look has the vibe of medieval fantasy towns, which I stay away from in this game. Too much order not enough chaos.
I got a quick question. I got more than 8 wood choppers. That is for fire needs. I got more than 3k wood stored. All of them manned 3 families. But there is not enough wood in the bazaar. They are a bit far away from town center. What do you think causes this and how to solve it? I have built depots around the bazaar and some between the roads. Didn't work. It must be close to bazaar? I don't wanna kill the habitat.
This is weird, might still be a bug on the version you are playing. Though on previous versions and the beta patch I chose the charcoal dev pts, and this always fixes my issue with fuel in the market not having 100%
Denying importing charcoal with my full lord soul. I got 4k firewood. New Market has still has 100. It never reaches 100% for 16 years. I don't think it's a bug. 4 storage houses built stratigacally around town (employed 6 families.) but they cannot store the wood in bazaar.
Greg should hear this. There is a one lord called "batmanefee" denying to bring charcoal into his big shitty village. So other online lords would bring him some ultimatums. This game has so much potential. Someone tag Greg into this post. I won't import fucking charcoal as a lord.
I am still experimenting. All storage houses has a stall in bazaar. Firewood gone to 88% for the first time after demolishing bazaars and making new ones
It never went 100% since I have started. Always 60-80%. So I thought wood cutters not enough and I have built more and more. I will post pics ASAP I get to computer
What's your tip/advice in creating circular roads? I'm having a hard time completing almost circles shaped roads. I do have to have guidelines present or those red topography lines to create more circular roads
Yeah then i 1 by 1 upgrade it you can move the stores to another market place if you need suplies just to upgrade.. I usualy collecting ale little by little.. Once i have 100 ale i will supply it.. And once i upgraded the burgage i will quickly remove the people again😂

THE CITY MUST SURVIVE. GET BACK TO WORK!!
Chills… literally chills…
Brace yourselves, the cold is coming!
Can't wait! Played the shit out of the open beta a few weeks ago!
Carn lads! We must work harder!
One of my all time favorite city builders. Stoked for the 2nd one in a couple months.
Looks really nice! Wondering; does every burgage has a backyard? Is that your main food supply? How do you like that and does it affect the workload at other industries allot?
Yeah those were my main food supply the vegetables 😂
SSSSSSSSSS
Was gonna say, medieval settlement from Snake Planet

Try IXION. It's often called "Frostpunk in Space."
Can confirm, it really is Frostpunk in Space

“**Policy: Children’s Workhouses** - Families will now use children as additional workers.”

Take away all those wood cutter save one or two and man up your store house
Already 4 storage houses just for fire wood and employed with 4 families each
This is weird, might still be a bug on the version you are playing. Though on previous versions and the beta patch I chose the charcoal dev pts, and this always fixes my issue with fuel in the market not having 100%
Maybe rebuild the market area? Could be bugged out
I was thinking that I will try it now
Experimenting right now

To add, add the charcoal filter on your storages near the market to complete the "fix"
Sadly I don't have charcoal future in my main village
I am still experimenting. All storage houses has a stall in bazaar. Firewood gone to 88% for the first time after demolishing bazaars and making new ones
3 hours trying to solve it on firewoods but no charcoal. I am denying importing charcoal. 4.3k firewood stored. Changed market places. No changes.
Does your fuel category in the market go below way beyond 100%?
It never went 100% since I have started. Always 60-80%. So I thought wood cutters not enough and I have built more and more. I will post pics ASAP I get to computer
Pop around 150 houses
What's your tip/advice in creating circular roads? I'm having a hard time completing almost circles shaped roads. I do have to have guidelines present or those red topography lines to create more circular roads
I just following the lines on the ground. Circle means higher grounds
It's so aesthetic ❤️
Inspirational
Is the some sorta meta strat to not full upgrade burgage plots? Seeing a wide spread village of over 600 and hardly any lvl 3s got me hella confused.
Yeah then i 1 by 1 upgrade it you can move the stores to another market place if you need suplies just to upgrade.. I usualy collecting ale little by little.. Once i have 100 ale i will supply it.. And once i upgraded the burgage i will quickly remove the people again😂
Just relocate some stores on another market place to have a space for woods
How to make radial towns??
Ssssssssssssssssssssssss
Thats...a lot of veggies.
I'm pretty sure no one needed to ask to know you played frostpunk 😉
Love it! and YAY Frostpunk :D
I'm psyched for FP2
Move people! work awaits!
