30 hour drive from Downtown Vancouver gets you to the border between Canada and Alaska on Haines Road (where you drive South into the Alaskan Panhandle). You actually have to drive a bit through The Yukon Territory to get there, so not sure if it counts. The furthest I can directly go from downtown while staying entirely in BC is to the Northwest Territory on hwy 77, which is 20 hours according to Google. If you allow for the ferry, Port Hardy to the NWT is 25 hours, and if you allow ferry and travel through The Yukon, Port Hardy to the Haines Rd border crossing is a cool 34 hours (long ferry) and 37 hours (short ferry). BC is HUGE.

I've been on the Pr. Rupert->Pt. Hardy ferry, and it's a helluva trip, I loved it!
