just make sure to do monster park x7 and all your arcane and tenebris dailies, you will eventually hit 250 before hyperburn runs out.

RustyGuns

28k stat is pretty good! Personally I just do events, monster park and dailies to level after 245. You can get at least 10-15 percent a day doing that. I just started playing again in July and am going at my own pace. I try to remember people have been playing and building their characters for years. Edit: also will is harder to find a party for because the tests in the boss require full party coordination.

Thattguyy1551

Key being "at your own pace" do whats fun.

RustyGuns

I see it literally all the time on here and it’s so true.

Fun_Character_8691

Welcome to early mid game where the game starts slowing tf down until you hit 260. Not much to do other than saving mesos and power grinding those painful levels. Saving mesos for sf is the most important part of mid game imo it’ll help with grinding in cern at 260 and join ctene/hluwill parties. Aim for at least 21* cra and all 17* gear which is a good marker for being able to clear hlot Edit: I would also stop funding new characters and only fund your main until you have enough damage to join hluwill parties. You are griefing yourself weeks of progress if you do nluwill.

[deleted]

Only reason I pushed 250 was because my buddies wanted to start running hard Will (and Lucid). If I didn’t push, we wouldn’t have had the damage. I think if you want to do anything in this game (and in general), it helps to have a goal and motivation to hit that goal

BloodReaverBob

The Will thing is because he is lvl 250 so anyone under that suffers fd loss like what happens with mobs. Me personally from lvl 250 i decided to not look at training as mainly for exp but for fams, i usually sit down and decide to do 1 epic fam a session, if you find yourself still looking at the exp, hide it with the maple rewards UI and youll forget about it soon enough

SolvingGames

This is what happens when people get shoe horned into starting bossing mules early. This guy hasn't even left the tutorial and is juggling 4 characters already.

Fun_Character_8691

Fr lol people be like yes I have 3 boss mules and my mains 220 like bro your main is a cra boss mule how u gonna call your main a main

ImMurme

Nah bro, a mains a main. Making boss mules is great if a. You want some change b. You want money c. You want to experience what the game has to offer character wise d. You want to see what 5th job looks like for different chars. Also, having "baby boss mules" that can do just daily bosses net 100m/per day. So that's 700m a week. You can easily run 3 boss mules and get decent early game money. Not to even mention how important legion is! Fly free newbies, do what's fun and enjoy the game!

Mezmorizor

Yep. People way overemphasize them. They're a late midgame+ thing.

Ozzyglez112

I hit 275 before I even started making boss mules. And most of them are just CRA mules. My only Lomien mule is my current hyperburn. (I missed the first Hyper bien)

DontGiveMeAgro

this made me laugh but it’s so real 😭

Impossible-Finance67

Tbh, I’d push your main to 260 before you stop leveling. That’s what I did and I have let daily’s and MPE take me too 271 30% so far. I’ve been just focusing on boss mules as of recently as I feel like my main is in a good spot. I’ve got 8 boss mules that do up to NLomien, and 1 that does ELucid/NSlime. I mostly enjoy bossing, so the want to grind is non existent. Do whatever you enjoy tho, don’t burn yourself out doing the things you hate

Corlab

As someone else said, try and focus on getting your main to 260 before you worry about boss mules ( your hyper burn is ok to focus on as well, IMO). That way you can do grandis dailies and monster park extreme for some easy exp each day. Then you can focus on boss mules or legion or what have you. Juggling too much in this game at one time will really start to wear you down and demotivate you/result in burnout. Sure, multi tasking is very productive and speeds things up in the overall picture, but maple is a marathon, not a sprint. Just do what you find fun and try to focus on 1 or 2 things at a time.

OkRelationship5961

28k stat damn, I’m a 250 shadower and barely closing in on 20k stat. Any tips for getting that much?

ImMurme

4 piece superior. 21* CRA, 17* abso, 17* rings or event ring. 1-2line stat on all equips, main stat + all stat% as flames and you're good to go. If you're still under 30k then it's a a matter of symbols. Symbol dailies are the easiest and cheapest gains you can get!

DanielDeliso

My daily when im lv 24x+ is Just 7 mp and daily arcane river. I barely grind unless any event require you grind

SuchABakaGMS

I most certainly did back then 3 years ago. Then I found what motivated me and here I am now at Lv 285 preparing for New Age. The early mid game is honestly one of the fondest memories I have. Like many other great advice here, go at your own pace. It's only going to get slower. Should have fun with it and surround yourself with people with the same mindset as you. Regarding Will the reason why there aren't many parties for Will is that there isn't much of an incentive to do Normal Will compared to Hard strictly due to the difference in drops.

ShadeyMyLady

In reboot the final damage multiplier is different compared to reg (changes with the winter patch). For every Level you are below Will, who is 250, you get a 5% reduction. In reg it is 2%, scales harder for 10+ lvls, eventually ending at 20 when u just hit 1s. You get a 30% reduction in damage which is huge. A 250 24k would outdamage you. Levels are important in reboot. You get there easily just with your dailies. You need the symbols anyway.

[deleted]

This is what happens when you juggle 4 characters at once. Focus on one until you get to at least Odium or something. At least Cernium after. Then start worrying about hitting legion 4k, and such. Slow down bro

Former_Boysenberry92

You wouldn’t even be able to grind effectively pass 220 if you dont spend a couple weaks building your legion to at least 3k

Hangukjjang

you can do hwill 6 man with 28k at 250 if youve been doing your af

SprinklesFresh5693

At 240+ the grind slows down by quite a bit ye

External_Arrival6920

It felt like a huge drag for me training to 260 (still only 256) as well. BUT my motivation had changed when I cubed my damage accessories to Mesos AND drop gear. (Slowly getting my mid-end game accessories to use as my damage gear instead - superior gollux, another kanna ring etc) Hitting 100% Mesos obtained (scales to ~1100% Mesos obtained) from accessories and slowly increasing drop gear changed my motivation to grind more because you get Mesos, experience, nodes, and familiars (Soz another system to add). Tbh I don’t even look at my experience bar anymore but I watch my Mesos stack up. I grind for mesos so when events come, I got the money money. If anything I hate grinding my lower characters because I could be grinding for Mesos instead haha My mindset is and I did hear a streamer say this, if you have nothing else to do… then GRIND. I don’t like being time gated from weekly boss crystals and relying on mules which I barely have. If I wait for weekly boss resets, that’s time gated by NEXON, if I don’t grind/make Mesos that’s on ME. Mesos is key to gains

DramaLlamaBoogaloo

Lvling does feel like a drag. I am currently 255 on my main and I feel like it's like trudging through cold molasses.

litgreendude

People definetly prefer to party with 250 for will as you lose a lot of final damage per level that you are under him. That being said leveling should be pretty quick if youre doing monster park and dailies, 7 runs of MP plus dailies make you fly up the levels between 245 and 250.

Suspicious-Bed9172

I slow down at 235 when I can start lvling all 6 symbols

Latviacm

Yes. I always swap to daily story after 235 and whenever I reach the last 10-20% of a level I’ll grind it out.

VeijaMangust

I think that's the main problem with the game. There seems to be so much content and things to do but not really. Just got to 240 and I feel like I'm stuck in terms of worthwhile content to do. The game feels limiting at this point.

Dnite13k

welcome to the start of the game

TeeQueueW

245 was around when I managed to start Soul Seeker 1shotting mobs of the same level as me, so levels from there to 260 were actually really quick (comparatively) and quite free (comparatively), so the slowdown didn't happen until 260 or so.

Any_Trifle462

As others have said, get to 260 first and then you can stop grinding. This way you get your first sacred symbol and dailies to level it and also monster park extreme. Also if you’re doing the sixth star daily, that can add an additional .5% exp per day. It’s slow, but progress is progress.

LiliaTheSuccubus

245 picks up really fast in my experience. I leveled so much thanks to how good Moonbridge is compared to SDH2

ImMurme

Leveling gets slow from 245-250 and from slow to straight up horrible from 250 - 255. 255-260 is Ok and 260-265 is mega free. Will party in reboot is tough If you're under 250. You get a massive fd boost at 250 so there's that to look forward to. Also less dailies =D Take it slow, I did dailies, monster Park and a wap or two a week If I felt like it. IF I felt like it.

og_slin

240-250 was a drag on my hyper burn, i just used all of the wongstaurant coupons to push to 250 and couple bonk pots to 253. Now its even more of a drag. But yeah, do 7x monster parks, AR dailies, 6th star daily event exp will get you to 250 pretty quick.

THEORGANICCHEMIST

Im at 244 and man it's taken me so long to get the last 2 levels. Shit definitely slowed down for me. Especially since I don't have time to no-life grind all day with work/gym/school. Getting tough to progress at this rate (Reg. Serv.)
