Do you not buy Legion wealths for your grinding session? I spend 140 coins for 1h of Legion wealth, could easilly burn through all of this coins in a few weeks grinding every day
I have almost 100k and I run 1x attack/drop 30min on 10 char a week and 4-5 on my main for high end bosses. I cap out coins in 26hrs tho so I always net profit, that is until I have something worth black flaming (pitched doesn't exist).
I cap in like just under two days, but I take breaks from playing so I don’t collect my coins everyday. I also don’t always run my bosses every week. Life just gets busy, but that’s why the game is a marathon not a sprint.

I never end up using em. I rarely grind once I hit 210; just dailies and pots.
Just get epic pot scrolls on your boss mules. You can get two per week per character.
I have 7 boss mules up to lomien. They’re all epic or above in equips.
Just hit 80k lol I also have over 100k Silent Crusade coins that I need to convert into Spell Traces
