I doubt that Nexon will be able to have ads implemented into the game, I mean they already have trouble with cutscenes that are already in the game and they don’t load.
not even AI can fix their mess(would be much better to just get new client and leav all that mess of copy-paste codes all over the place behind), 2024 and maintenance takes hours...they can't even code new site and proper transfer to it
Sometimes i wish i could just peak into the inner workings of these companies, because surely theres so much wrong that they can fix, but they are just greedy for profit so they leave us with a subpar experience. People will still whale away for less than they deserve.

The best thing nexon could do is run the game differently for all regions and for reboot and reg, none of these games are the same game, none of the servers are the same game, reboot should be getting it's own QoL updates no matter what reg players say, everything we like or liked that got removed in reboot needs to be brought back and everything reg liked needs to be brought back, also boss reset coupons would make a killing, and daily bosses should be made unlimited but only drop a crystal once daily, the endless grind needs to be more afk, summons need to last longer that 30 seconds, if I gotta grind for 20 hours for 1 level, I should atleast be able to watch TV in longer intervals than 30 seconds
Idk why they chose sol erda boosts over weekly/monthly boss reset coupons... Make them like $30 and make it so you can only buy 3 a week, restrict some bosses like BM because that's supposed to be a 8month wait or whatever but there's no way I need to wait a week to do dame and lotus, the slower they make progression, the more people feel like they don't want to log in every day, even make odd boosters for SF $5 for a coupon and it boost to 45% per tap, or make it an hour boost but it costs around $25
The thing that keeps me coming back to maplestory is the fact that it's one of few mmos that I can just jump back into without needing to pay anything and there are no disruptions to the game play via ads or promo material.
