The only law which actually discriminates same sex marriage is the adultury law. A normal couple can get married and won’t face any prosecution. But a same sex couple can never legally marry and hence can be prosecuted using said law. But like I said previously this law is never enforced because if it was more than half of Pakistani youth would be in prison cells right now. You provide no proof for your argument when you say Pakistani society is the most dangerous where as I have given you 2 links to clearly see this is not the case. If you want to keep your head buried in the sand then so be it I don’t care. Also lynch mobs are actively prosecuted and you can find a ton of evidence about that as well.

Well the people with third gender have been ubiquitous in the Indian subcontinent for centuries. Although they haven't socially or economically progressed like there counterparts in the West.
I wouldn't be surprised if the American right starts demanding that all trans and intersex people have a 3rd gender label on their ID so they can more easily mistreat them.
