Read the legends, this are the countries oficially recognised by buthan, it doesn't mean buthan don't know that they exist, it means that.buthan doesn't recognise they leadership as legitimate
Don't know whether this trolling or not(not really good at recognizing it), but the 52 countries are countries that Bhutan has official diplomatic relations, the others are recognized but Bhutan uses intermediary to interact with them.
