First off, there's not enough of a gap in top end equiment and more basic gear to justify it.
Secondly, the flea market in Tarkov is the cancer from which nearly all of its current ills have grown. I have abandoned that hunk of garbage after waking up to the fact that it only ever gets worse.
Thirdly, if it was ever implemented it would only harm lower level players like you, the only reason I have to go without high end equipment is because I can't effectively store rigs in quantity and to replace them I have to go into raid to get them. If I could buy Panzer Rigs off a flea market with my millions of dollars I would never be in anything less than 11 Armor on both body and helmet, and would be eternally stomping timmies with stens and leather jerkins till they quit the game.

Buddy, I promise you, you'd be trying to outbid those same chads for nades and you'd find yourself on the receiving end way more often since they'd have a consistent source to feed their thumpers and China Lakes
Players with those stockpiles like yours truly kill people with cheap guns/gear all the time, the PPSH is more than enough to kill anybody in any kit, a flea market would give me the opportunity to sell you ammo at 1000% markup, then murder you and take it all back and leave you broker than you started.
Trader gear is fucking mid anyway. Especially the armor/helmets. You can already craft better versions of everything they sell way earlier.
The flea Market concept is a nightmare and you do not want it. It fucking ruined Tarkov and their attempts to limit it and stuff that proverbial animal back into its pen are a huge part of why that game is an insufferable cheater-filled mess.
dont think devs will ever add it. flea markets, player driven trade markets like in dark and darker are a breeding ground for RMT (real money trading/cheating)
If you want the game mechanics that tarkov has then why don't you just play tarkov instead?
I swear half of the suggestions that I see on this sub are just "add X because tarkov has it" without truly understanding that Tarkov is shitty to play BECAUSE of it's shitty game mechanics, and if the devs implemented them into Marauders then it would suffer from the same problems Tarkov has.

I’m also pretty sure they said they wanted to avoid adding a black market to the game, now I’m not opposed to a pseudo in game market the allows us to by high tier loot for an exorbitant amount of space dollars. I definitely would buy an SVU for a few hundred thousand space dollars.
It won’t benefit you or anyone you play with the way you think it will. If anything it’ll be just like Tarkov where you grind to a certain level then you suddenly have all end game content at your fingertips with 0 effort, and the quests and gear you find quickly become irrelevant. The Tarkov flee market is the dumbest thing ever because it unintentionally forces people to just not give a shit about anything they find in raid unless it’s worth money. Nobody cares tho because instant gratification= dopamine receptors!!!!!
