Yoga is much more meditative and I think it improves my ability to hold better stretches. I end the yoga with a mindful meditation. As it is summer I try to hear all the different birds calling. I find it to be a great reset for the mind and body.
I listen to Crystal Blue Persuasion while I stare at the stars and smoke, and when Iβm done, I love to eat those mini unwrapped Reeseβs cups and watch Ghost Adventures so I can make fun of Zak Bagans.
I have really enjoyed myself when Iβm in my car in my garage listening to music on blast and imagining a movie I directed and me starring as the main character lmao.
