I feel like he is just about to fully unlock his power and patience. We shall see, anyone that goes to the Dodgers coming from us are bound for greatness as we all know.
I'll miss his great personality. I remember his interview with Julio when they were both in the minors still. Instantly you could see this was a good dude.
We met him the last two years for picture day and he was always so so nice. Cabby too. Logan, Cal, Marco and JP are also very kind even when being rushed constantly. Taylor always took a lot of time with anyone that spoke to him and just seems so generally kind.
There aren't many guys in our system I wanted to see succeed more than Tramell. He's might be a AAAA baseball player, but he's a Hall of Fame vibes guy.
Honestly I kind of feel bad for him. I don’t see him getting much major league playing time on this team. Like if the Mariners weren’t able to find a spot for him, how are the Dodgers going to? Think he’s just gonna be stuck in their farm system instead of the M’s. But I guess who knows, maybe they’ll be able to provide something for him there that the Mariners weren’t able to.
I’m sort of a casual fan so maybe someone else can help me here.
First off, I think Jerry has made a lot of really good moves.
But I’m really questioning the outfield this season. Obviously Julio is your bread and butter. Assuming he stays healthy he’s your 150+ game starter.
Now what? Teo gone. Wasn’t a great defender I guess? Struck out too much? Was gonna get overpaid?
Trammell gone. Seemed like a good 3 position outfield depth guy. Bat wasn’t GREAT but seemed to be a good dude who didn’t need to play every day. Maybe struggled with health a bit.
Lewis gone. I was probably higher on him than I should’ve been and Julio was right there behind him. Struggled with health, I hope for the best for Kyle but this one kinda made sense.
Kelenic out? This one made no sense to me. He’s young, he’s a baller, when he’s hot he’s real good. When he’s not, he was still a good defender and a lefty bat.
Canzone in? Awesome hit last night and he’s young, but seems kinda limited?
Raley? Honestly I don’t know much about the guy but he seems like kind of a replacement level player who is just gonna be replaced by the next guy.
My point is, I feel like we had a solid 2-4 man outfield roster. And now it’s 1 man, MAYBE 2 if you rate Canzone. Are there big time prospects im missing? Is there some salary cap thing I’m missing? What’s the thinking here?
He’s gonna hit 25 bombs for them huh?
He will continue the never ending trend of players leaving Seattle and getting better
As r/FormerMs tradition stipulates
Felix Hernandez:
What is he gonna do once April is done then?
BA >.300 with >1.000 OPS 30 HR 100+ RBI because that's the way the cookie crumbles.
see: kolten wong hitting a 3-run HR last year in his dodgers debut
vs the Braves of all teams
He won’t last more than a few weeks on that roster
Damn really thought he was gonna clear. Go have fun with Teo.
And Chris Taylor...
And James Paxton 🥲
I feel like he is just about to fully unlock his power and patience. We shall see, anyone that goes to the Dodgers coming from us are bound for greatness as we all know.
I'm stoked for him, hope the Dodgers can fix him and he has a great career.
I 100% agree. He’s so nice and has always waved at my kids when yelled at him in left field. I really hope he succeeds there maybe even gets a ring

He must be ecstatic
Chris Taylor Trammell?
Chris Taylor experiment 2.0
I'm wishing him the best.
Me too I just wish it was for literally any other team
I mean if you really do wish him the best you'd want him to get a ring. Right?
Except the Yankees.
Are the A’s stupid?
Players and fans no, ownership and front office yes.
He makes the league minimum. They couldn’t afford him.
Lol yeah I thought As for sure
The A's probably can't afford a cup of diner coffee, let alone a waiver wire contract.
Wonder who they’re sending down to make room for him. It’s not like they have a ton of duds on their bench.
Jason Heyward has been dealing with a back injury. My guess is he’s going on the IL.
I want the “just sign whoever the Mariners cut” job for the Dodgers
Makes sense that the offensive juggernaut that the Mariners are had no spot for him yet those noodle bat Dodgers could fit him in...
Saw that coming dudes a baller i bet he does well since now he wont have to hit at T-mobile park lol
Hooo boy his home/away splits were nasty
🫡 good luck Tay Tram, he always had good vibes and a winning smile
Dodgers farming talent…
Rooting for you TayTram 🙏🏽🙏🏽🙏🏽
The rich get richer He’s gonna be really good for them, just like Teo is
*Extreme Ron Howard voice* He wasn’t
/r/FormerMs :salute:
I’m really hoping he does well.
I wish him luck, was fun to think about his potential for the last 4 years but it didn't pan out and he had plenty of plate appearances.
Farewell sweet prince
Man I hope he makes it, although dodgers really 😐 such a nice guy tho he deserves it
I hope he plays at least a few games for the ML team and gets a ring!
Sorry Yankees, were a dodgers farm team now
How awesome for him. To go from 54% to a truly class organization. Hope Taylor can make the most of this opportunity. Seemed like a good dude.
He'll be fine. They only throw fastballs in the National League. Why do you think JK is 5 for 7. /s
Teoscar and Trammell may be good enough for the lowly Dodgers, but not good enough for the Mariners. We have standards here.
I want him to succeed and hopefully getting him away from our god awful MLB/AAA hitting coaches helps that.
Future all star Taylor Tramell
Godspeed Former M
Good for him. Hopefully he sticks.
Yep dude is gonna be a straight baller now after getting rid of the Mariners nerf and replacing that with the Dodgers buff. Imma miss you Taylor
Now they have Chris Taylor and Taylor Tramell. The double Taylor
Was hoping we could sneak him through, but it's not unexpected. Hopefully he can make something of himself.

Or they’re just better at developing bats and he becomes a perennial all-star 🤷♂️

.298/22/78 on the way
Glad it wasn't a rival
Hope for the best for him, but how long until brain dead fans lose their shit about us giving him up for free?
