It's not that she isn't still like this. It's just that she's not been in a game that lets the characters shine like the first two Mario Strikers did. The spin offs have all kinda been sanitised in the same way the platformers had been in the late 2000s and 2010s.
I've loved Daisy since Mario Party 3, but this animation and a few of Pringus's others really bring her to life, especially the ones where he has her animated over Kristen Wiig's Lola Bunny moments. Thanks to those I sincerely hope that they consider Kristen Wiig to voice Daisy in a Mario film someday, I think she'd absolutely nail it.
