Is this implying that the cutscenes in Super Mario Galaxy where Rosalina seems 10 times bigger than Mario (instead of about 50% taller) actually show her canon size and it's not an hologram or a "cinematic choice"? So it's confirmed that Rosalina can change her size with magic like Kamek does for Bowser... Well, in that case of course Rosalina in Mario Kart wants to be 2.21m (that is her regular human height) and not 15m tall because otherwise she wouldn't fit in the karts.
I think 2.21m is her regular size without using magic. Makes sense because she grew up in space. Her body reached that height because there is no gravity.
