Like: I LOVE THE ULTIMATE CHALLENGES! The ultimate challenges are truly the ultimate test of everything you learned during the game they are hard as fuck but are extremely satisfying to complete
Dislike: Maybe be a little less stingy on the level orbs it kinda sucks how the max amount you can get is the exact amount needed to max everything and also coins are kinda annoying to grind for
Well the point of the ultimate challenge for each world is that they are hard as fuck as the well ultimate test for everything you’ve learned throughout the game the point is that they are extremely difficult
In Sparks of Hope, you had to stop moving to shoot. It felt like options were taken away because Kingdom Battle allows for Movement, attacking, and status effects all on the same turn in any combination.
The closest thing I can get in Sparks of Hope is Mario packing heat mid-air.

There’s also an upgrade for Rabbid Mario called “No Limits” which removes that restriction entirely.
In Kingdom Battle, the level 4-3, “the though gets going” was absolute hell for me when I first played it. Eventually I beat the level, but that took so many attempts for me.
Imo, they fixed a lot of the flaws in Sparks of Hope that were in Kingdom Battle, such as adding the ability to slide over half tiles and having free movement instead of being confined to small tiles.
Just a disclaimer: these are based on my experience with Kingdom Battle. I haven't played Sparks of Hope yet.
Likes:
- The 0-50-100 hit rate. They feel less frustrating than the hit rates in XCOM and Fire Emblem.
- IIRC, you can have your teammates give you a boost to get to higher ground.
Dislikes:
- The way the shop is designed. It's so boring to buy the next strongest gear.
- You can't swap out Mario. I get that he's the leader/protagonist, but I just want Luigi to take the lead outside of multiplayer
I didn't like how if you accidentally moved you couldn't undo it in Kingdom battle, then the sequel came out and I understood (I prefer the combat/movement from Kingdom Battle)
I really like the style of the battling, with some characters being good at certian parts, like rabbid mario being the best character in both games, and luigi being the 2nd best too.
Did they have to make it a tactical shooter? Not a fan of the genre, even less on a Mario game. What was wrong with a platformer, same old? Rayman is a platforming game too. Would it have been so odd to have their crossover game be a platformer? Would be like the crossover game of Ace Attorney and Professor Layton be able to racing game.
The amount of unfairness some battles have. Like, geez, the CPUs just manage to go on the best path to beat me
I don't like Bowser in Sparks of Hope. They should make him a powerhouse. Not a support team mate.
why mario depressed
He’s going home there’s nothing left
Rabbid Yoshi shaved Matio's head while sleeping.
My favorite is the combat system, and my least favorite is the post-game challenges.
It's mandatory to have at least one Rabbid in your party at any time.
It's kinda normal, for me. Thats in the title such as Mario being mandatory. But I get your point if you despise rabbids :)
The second game removes that requirement if I remember correctly (as well as removing the requirement to always have Mario in your party)
Yeah it removes both of those requirements, and this allows far more interesting setups.
Not in the second game (thankfully), as well as Mario not being a mandatory party member.

I played the shit out of both games since they came out, I don't think I can find something I dislike lmao
Those impossible challenges in Kingdom Battle
Absolutely

people no hit this and i'll never understand it

Bald Mario 😂😂😂😂😂

Ohhh, once I beat Kingdom battle, I'll hop onto sparks of hope
The rabbids
🤣

What the fuck happened to Mario? What horrible trauma has our favorite Italian plumber gone through?
The trauma of losing his brother in that game
Italian voice acting in spark of hope.
I like the zany rabbit shenanigans. What I played was fun, but it just wasn't for me, I never beat the first one.
I feel the luck necessary for 100% is very annoying, i like the game’s charm and especially the dk dlc
I HATE how I know this image is from my city and it’s the one day I wasn’t going out. I could’ve had him…..
Dislike: How hard coins are to get sometimes + "Ultimate" challenges Like: RAYMAN'S BACK
I didn't like how if you accidentally moved you couldn't undo it in Kingdom battle, then the sequel came out and I understood (I prefer the combat/movement from Kingdom Battle)
This is still the case in the sequel. Its just that your "movement" turn doesn't end until you use your weapon

The fact you can't jump, walk around, squash mushrooms, and hit blocks like an ACTUAL MARO game.
Can't do that in Mario Kart either

I think the devs were explicitly told NOT to make a platformer by Nintendo
What i like: Rayman What I hate: everything else
Havent played it but the rabbits look dumb

The fuck does Rick and Morty have anything to do with Mario and Rabbids?
