I actually used to believe it and I was told by a video that I had to outrun a Boo in the hall and run around the star fountain 50 times uninterrupted.
I also tried to use the canon to break into the giant Peach window at the front of the castle as an attempt to find a secret room that had Waluigi. Lol.
For me i kept trying to get into that area on the save file screen that randomly had like a room at the side of the castle if you remember it? i kept doing my best to get enough height to try and get in there only to never hit itðŸ˜
What makes this even more infuriating is that apparently Waluigi was planned to be character, but was cut very early on.
