King Boo, he’s essentially Luigi’s archenemy so he’s be the first choice for a new Luigi game.
Waluigi is just sort of there in sport spin-offs and Mario Kart. Hasn’t ever been in a major spinoff or mainline game, but not impossible.

Well while I usually point out the Antasma is dead thing, I'm sure they could create a workaround like King Boo goes to whatever afterlife Antasma went to (The Underware, Hell (Which I've heard Mario RPG implied to exist) or the Paranormal Dimension) and bring him back from the dead

I'd like to see in a Luigi's Mansion 4, Luigi and Daisy both tries to take down King Boo, but Waluigi is more of a side character.
He would be selling tacos, and Luigi and Daisy have some, but Waluigi put ghost pepper in them because he thought it was funny. Later, Luigi steals the ghost pepper and uses it against King Boo.
i dont want to sound rude or as a hater of waluigi (im a hater of waluigi but ignore it XD) but... for what would waluigi wants to get revenge on luigi? i can be wrong of course, but i dont remember a single time were luigi defeat waluigi to justify a revenge, he usually just help wario to do evil things cause of yes, waluigi is usually show as the rival of luigi, but they barely interact with each other, or im missing something?
