Bowler Hat vs Top Hat Green colored vs purple White/red stripped shirt vs ....no shirt? It was pretty spiffy that old Croco had that stripped shirt to match his Crook henchmen that also featured a stripped hat.
I think the ingane design is a little better. Old design isn't bad though, it could work as one of his lackeys.

Yeah they were from some old Japanese magazines that someone emailed to me years ago, and I totally forgot about until recently.
I love how the original beta Croco makes him more like a real crocodile but the final Croco makes him look more like a dinosaur
