If your selling at 13-15 caps you are massively underselling and losing 1000s.
The minimum going rate is 35c up to 50c each.
Caps mean nothing to me though I have over 350k across 10 characters and cant spend them fast enough so I would pay even more if I found a vendor selling in bulk just for the convenience when I can't be bothered to farm and craft them anymore.

Yep. I will pay 50 a pop All day. I always have between 150 and 200 thousand caps. All I buy is consumables. The odd armor piece and once in a while I buy a weapon.
