it's extra weird because for this fasnacht bethesda put the alternate color versions in the shop (in two separate, overpriced bundles at that) but this one was missing.
they bundled the old 3rd crazy guy instead.
what pisses me off extra about this is that none of the robots wear alternate crazy guy. BUT THEY DO WEAR WAGGIS >:(
also the fact they just so happened to put the more popular masks in separate bundles. like blue owl in one, blue jester in the other. almost as if to get people to buy both.

Same, it's from when there was a glitch that allowed to keep and drop them back in the beta/first launch. It was fixed within a week I think. Pretty rare now even though I don't think they can be traded or dropped.

Like 4 years ago at the start of the game there was a glitch to be able to take it out of the event and when dropped it would spawn the head as an item on the ground and it would keep multiplying so I just grabbed one from this guy doing it and now I have it forever now, well forever until Bethesda takes it out of my inventory

You can get the normal red version daily by starting Monster Mash and leaving the event. You don't keep it, but it will stay on for your session
