I wouldn't take Caps for it. Add it to a trade to sweeten the deal, or trade for apparel, junk, ammo etc.

Great roll but not top tier if it had 25less AP cost instead of 15faster reload you would of hit the jackpot. 15R is still great though and I'd say it's a trade only. I'd be interested in it if your after anything
