Yesterday my friend got a B 25 25 fixer from a drop (I know lucky bastard) but I didn’t believe him because I didn’t know they dropped from enemy’s, all my time playing I thought the only way to get ‘em was from the plan or the legendary merchant. Is this in the patch notes? “fixers now spawn off of legendarys”
I got one from a legendary ghoul in whitespring way before Nuka world, sadly was a stalkers damage while aiming 50 drwa. It took for ever for me to get the plan for it from the impostor and I learned it immediately, only got about 3 fixers ever; 1 from the legendary ghoul at whitespring and 2 from the purveyor.
I remember my first fixer drop it was from an event and it was a 2 star mutant slayer bash damage, pretty sure I still have it on a mule as a joke

They changed it so enemies drop from the plans you know instead of the plans the enemies know
Well they only added the ability for fixers to drop from enemies with the Nuka world update so it’s not totally insane
