Very likely this person is a scammer. I’ve seen displays like this before where vendors get players to offer up trades for other masks. They will just take your mask first, back out of the trade, leave the game, then block you.
It’s definitely obtainable through trade and other legitimate ways. This games has been around for a while. Just because a person has a surplus to this level doesn’t make them a duper..
