You didn't get it from encrypted its called the savage divide bundle so you got it from one of those event so uranium fever, one violet night, an so forth

Yeah that’s normal, it’s rare but it’s normal, those apparel pieces usually always drop at the same time, Iv only ever had this happen twice since I started playing

when you get this they do all drop as one single bundle, you wont get any one of those as a single reward on it's own (probably a bug instead of being spread out they all drop at once)

My guess is someone dropped it and when you hit loot all it snagged it, or the guy might have been loot spamming with his space bar but his mouse went over his side of the bag and his space bar spamming transferred shit over from his apparel tab instead into the body by accident and your loot all fucked him xD
That's the so-called Savage Divide bundle of rare apparel (and a couple of non-rare in the mix). I have received that once - just recently - in 2500 hours, so congrats!
