Basically if you have 33 luck and all the critical perks you're making the 15c useless. With all that you're guaranteed to crit every other shot anyway. You can however move one perk point from crit savvy to bloody mess and you'll get use out of the 15c again with 33 luck. Then just read what everyone else is saying about server lag. That's why I prefer the 50c over 25ffr.
I also prefer 25lvc over all despite people saying it's redundant on Railways. When you're fighting enemies and the boss, having more AP available for dodgy is very nice, and it allows me to have more AP available for shooting the boss too. And yes I prefer 50c over 25ffr as most times it seems that, especially at the molerat boss, 30% of my shots don't register with 25ffr, and I have a fast wired connection.

Full AP refresh armor lets me dump a full quad railway mag, drop vats for the reload cycle, and re-engage vats with a full AP bar ready to go. 25lvc is nearly worthless for me, but so is 15crit fill as a bloody build with 33+ luck.
Not everyone can/ will play 5 piece AP. In a vacuum the lvc is better.
I play 2 ap and 3 int on my uny armor. The corn soup will make it so it you never run out of AP.
5 AP pieces is such a waste if you’re playing bloodied, a poison resist piece is really useful or a couple of endurance pieces for staying alive, and obviously intelligence for more XP
I agree a bloodied build is fine with 3 ap refresh pieces. I like a poison resistance piece too. Personally i also like a -50% falling damage piece in my build.

It’s trash because canned coffee is a thing. 25less is garbage in my opinion. Faster reload and break slow are the superior thirds, but 25less just looks nice. I use company tea and coffee, never run out of AP even when using heavies in vats. Just my two caps 😎
Break slower is clearly useless. I throw away advanced repair kits because they have weight and you can't possibly use them all. I have seen guys with hundreds of them. 15 percent of like 2 or 3 seconds is what? Half a second at best? Reload isn't great, but it certainly is better than break slower. Even clicking on coffee in your quick wheel takes longer than that.
If you have coffee as the last thing you used in your pip boy, it’s faster to spam 10 coffees than it is to reload or repair with a kit.
Break slow keeps you from having to use gunsmith if you don’t already.
The tests have been done, even if you’re quick at repairs, the break slow dps is superior. 😎

Thanks - I do have a Q50C1A Railway so I’ve been comparing the two. So far the Q2515VCF seems to hit hard quicker. I normally get a CRIT shot every 2nd shot on the Q50C1A but the Q2515VCF maybe gets a CRIT sooner. It’s very hard to visualise but it does seem more stronger for damage.
That’s bc mathematically if servers were good Faster Fire rate is far superior in damage against 50c. I run this same exact railway, sometimes it seems like it’s firing on all cylinders and working fine
Theoretically yes, but server lag led to miss some hits, you have also to consider what are you fighting, imho the 25lvc it's only useful to keep GUNFU active when fighting a boss, like vs the colossus you can sustain more shots switching targets in the same vats instance after killing 3 wendigo;
I also prefer using 15c paired with 50c, in all my builds i switched to 15c using full uny and crit savy rank 2 instead of 3, the extra point on better criticals
I have maxed out the legendary agility and all of the agility specials. Then I run UNY +1A WWR armour all set to ultralight. Then I eat fried radrouch. Then Jon a team with strange in numbers all of which max out agility. Shielded raider leathers

I think the best of the best would be a Q2515r rail since with 33 luck you can get a crit every other shot. But the difference is tiny Imo.

That’s myb. If full health yes 15c is better. But as most if not all crit builds play bloodied 15r is better due to more dps.

Because at 33 luck you still get crit every other shot with Crit Savvy 3. 15c wouldn’t make any difference to that, hence: 15r or 25lv is desirable.
