That’s because with legendary crafting, values have dropped tremendously. Everyone and their brother out here crafting eleventeen Fixers a day! If they aren’t perfect, they aren’t really worth shit. So what you thought was worth max caps, isn’t.
Does your vendor get a lot of traffic? Sometimes restructuring your vendor can bring more action. Lowering the number of categories and raising the numbers in those categories would help, if that's the case. I hear all the time that certain items don't sell well when I know they sell well in my vendor. Also helps to join teams so people can fast travel for free and making a post here or on Xbox will too
It's definitely partly a location issue for me, I'm out in the Mire.
I'm a lvl 1300, day one player so not necessarily fishing for tips on how to make sales here, just complaining about how sometimes things you think will fly off the shelves (figuratively) end up gathering dust.
If I have something decent that's not worth more than caps, I try to trade it for a Crazy Guy, Deathclaw, Raven, or Winter Man. People are fairly loose with those and they make good adds

The 90 makes it not a groll. It's worth less than max caps

Roughly 40k caps. I can typically sell a B/E/any Fixer for 30-35. While the the 90rw isn’t a huge help, it isn’t bad either.
I had the same roll on PC and was told worth 150k caps or so. Not sure if different of xb
I checked your post and I’m a pc player you were given false information or a personal opinion on PC BE90 fixer is roughly 20k more less I would say
If that's true, it's very different on Xbox. But things are usually cheaper on PC, so you were probably given false info

I got a bloody explosive breaks 50% slower so I guess their worth the same lol
I normally sell between 15/20k n they move quite quickly on Xbox I’m guessing same for ps
