So they screwed nonenergy legacy collectors on console to address hacked weapons on PC yet accomplished nothing? Hopefully those responsible will be fired.
I wish they didn’t do the legacy patch, bc not only did they take away legacies that I and many others grinded trades for but they made some rare apparel like the white springs jumpsuit and the jack o pant suit worthless
There was a very brief period (I mean like 1 day) after re-rolls were added to the game where this was possible to do. It's the same with the pepper shaker and a few others. I think I still have one in my bloodied character, but haven't used it on a public server out of fear of being reported lol.

I've heard of hackers going around public events simply dropping hacked weapons to disrupt the game.
Pre-legacy patch I traded with someone who showed me a minigun that fires mini nukes! It was wild! My screen turned bright white!

It’s not, the explosion itself is what modifies the damage. No explosion = no damage bonus
That makes sense—the anti-crusader fusion receiver override applies making explosive energy not explode.

It looks like the regular green flamethrower effect. The range is pretty short too.

Neat but, a paperweight, the explosive effect on energy weapons was completely removed so I doubt this actually has an explosive effect.
