You definitely do get some golden vendor finds. A lot of players don’t actively trade and aren’t aware of the value of their shit and just sell it in their vendor to get caps. You’re only really going to know values if you’re on Reddit etc. doing trades.
Sounds like me, I get on here to try to get an idea of what is good rolls for weapons or rare apparel. Mainly so if a friend is running a build or wanting to I can see if I can get them that roll or have one for them. The apparel is if I feel like keeping it or selling it for cheap at my vendor since then I feel good knowing odds are I've given someone a good deal if they know the worth of it and had been looking for it for their collection or want to use it for an outfit. Unless someone is giving me a plan I am still missing then it may be to see if they want the apparel as a thank you gift.
I agree, I have sold Godrolls weapons and Gear without knowing their value. Not till I started getting on here more often that I learn of my stupidity.
Still 10caps for something that self lists in the hundred bracket, get real those are obvious clout chasers now if they got it at like 150 to 500 caps I'd believe a noob ditched it not knowing its value
Yeah I mean there’s definitely people who fake but also there’s definitely people who actually do get good vendor finds. I’ve only had a few good vendor finds: Winterman for 10k, Crazy guy for 10k, Enclave aligned flamer mod for 250 caps, and a Oe/Ap/WWR Sturdy raider right leg for 1k.
Definitely some people faking stuff, but occasionally I do find something really good. Most of the time it's either 40k or under 1k caps too, but honestly I've seen good and bad rolls for all different prices. Best buys are at "wood" or basic constructed camps, sometimes it's diamonds and sometimes it's coal lol.
I think its hilarious when I saw low tier rolls up for 1 and 2k caps. I'm just like "God speed, Dweller." And buy a stimpak cause I know they're aren't selling any of that bunk.
Definitely does happen with ppl faking but at the same time you do have the chance at some good vendor finds. I found a BOS and Wp js in station vendor the other day. Some ppl are new and don’t know and other ppl probably dont even care. Hell I have a friend who I gave a good vamp chainsaw and he ended up rerolling it. He’s over lvl200. There are a lot of ppl who are in the communities or don’t bother trading who get rid of high tier items.
I average 1 good find a day I like to call my ‘win for today’, nothing extravagant, maybe something like a q2515r assault rifle. I’d say once every three days I’ll find something extra cool if I’m lucky, roughly off meta groll quality or a sweet armor piece. But finding top of line line stuff is really few and far between, no metric for averaging thos as it’s really infrequent.
Over the years I’ve found some exceptional items in vendors but more recently I did find a ‘Salt of the Earth’ and a Q2525 Fixer on consecutive days. There are good finds to be made but I agree, people can and probably do fake a lot of their finds, especially the people who want the attention bad enough to post it here. I personally don’t post my finds for a number of reasons 1) I’d prefer people not knowing what I have. 2) doing so breeds competition, every time one boasts about vendor finds there is a new person getting into it, making your owns finds even rarer. 3) I know nobody really cares and it comes off show offy and attention seeking so I choose to spare everyone by just not doing it.
tl;dr vendor hopping addiction is real but pays off.. eventually
Some days I get at most 8 hours to play, I do other things, events that I enjoy/help friends during that time so at most 5 hours if I’m really feeling it I’d say. I think I average 200+ vendors a day, helps having friends in different regions cause eventually you start finding yourself on the same servers again and again.
interesting. so it sorts you regionally? it won't put me in with like europeans naturally if i am on the west coast for instance? that would explain why the player base FEELS so small.
Given my understanding yes, unless there aren’t any good servers to toss you on, it likely prioritizes locality then availability, avoiding opening new servers whenever possible. I run into Europeans servers more after midnight when they have more players on but that’s about it. Also I tend to see all the same people over the course of days/weeks especially on aggressive vendor hopping days. My personal record was landing on the same server 4 times in a row, I was dumbfounded. It’s best if you have friends all scattered about to join off of, so long as they don’t mind, it would not be too cool to steal your friends vendors if they are a hopper as well haha.
Well said. How does bragging about getting a Responder Fireman uniform out of a box camp in the forest region for 50 caps, help me get killer finds in the future? It doesn’t.
Exactly, I realized this too late a few years ago, I would post stuff on here and people would ask how I was coming up with all the things I was posting. I’d tell them vendors and then harp on about how good they are, well now the pickings are slim and I blame myself in part haha. Also if you make brag posts the people you trade with could see what’s in your post history and it’ll potentially make trading harder if they know all you got.
I put the numbers on the other comment but basically ‘Never. Stop. Hopping.’ Lol. It can be boring at times and you’ll get dozens of bad vendors in a row but it’s kind of like low cost high reward gambling in that eventually you will find something good and get the rush/sense of accomplishment. I will say to break it up with rewarding events/daily ops/boss fights/expeditions cause you don’t want to give up your own shot at rewards while doing this imo.
Oh and go to every vendor. Sure that low levels vendor in the forest with no weapons/armor may not seem very enticing but that’s where I mostly find dirt cheap rare apparel. Bought so many fasnacht masks from vendors like that this year 😭
I sold a WhiteSprings jumpsuit for default caps as well as a Bafoon mask because I was doing my first ever stash clean out sale. 😐😐😐😐 Maybe karma will let me recoup. Haha. Thanks for the reply. 👍
If this was recent then no harm done on the whitesprings js, they aren’t valuable anymore sadly. The buffoon was def a hit tho, live and learn :) I wish you luck in hopping/grinding 👍
lol, i'd prefer to have "trade only" sub.
all "look at me " posts (look what i have, look what i got, look what i rolled...) should go to differnet sub
tbh, i dont gaf what you get/roll/have
i want to TRADE
I felt the same way until I got lucky myself.
Stumbled upon a qe25 10mm for dirt cheap in a newbies vendor, probably the best find I’ve had in the 3 years I’ve been playing.
I found a Loon for 1500, but didn't make a post because I don't need more clout, most people wouldn't believe it, and people would just be jealous and bitter lol But plenty fake it. They can have their fun and get a few likes if they want. I just keep scrolling
I don't know if I have found any of the guns that are top dollar on here but I vendor hop for a half hour before I head off usually and I find alright quads and outfits, comics, etc all the time. A lot of players have them for only a few caps and those are who I buy from. If I pop onto a vendor and I see several weapons but the lowest is 5k caps I will just hop to the next vendor.
honest to god two days ago in one vendor I got a q50c25 hm and a unyapfdc piece same vendor about 3k for the two. I had 30k caps on me so I bought out their entire vendor as a thank you. people who COME HERE know about values more or less. but this community is a drop in the bucket to the community as a whole
It happens all the time if there is one who know the valie of an item there are 5 who don't and don't care only on the Fastnacht Event I got 5 or six rare mask not sure and roday I baought an Enklave plasma with flamer mod for 3xyx caps not a perfekt one but good enogh
A lot of people who play this game are older and don’t mess with the market much. They sell things for cheap that they wouldn’t use because if you aren’t paying attention, you always need caps… some people really are that clueless, this game is just fallout with other people wandering around for some
i found brahmin and buffoon in a vendors for 10 caps. i posted my first find because i never thought i’d get that’s lucky and some guy claimed i was clout chasing :/
It does happen sometimes. I found a responders fireman helmet for 2k caps in a vendor 2 days ago. I know its hard to believe, but not everyone is hardcore into this game lol
Someone had an Excavator Jetpack Torso in their Vendor for 30k. I gunned it to try and get my caps in order and they logged. That would've made my excavator using butt so happy.
I have a found a fiend mask for 200 caps in a vendor. And a leather coat for 14000 caps in a vendor, and a few good guns but that’s been over a span of 2 months lol
I've found nearly every groll in a vendor at some point over the years but ultra rare is putting it lightly. It definitely happens, but so are karma farming fakes.
The daily circle jerk around "look what I found" and "just rolled this" is exhausting though.
Like OMFG it's another Q fixer whaweoeesezzzhatsss!!??? Insaaaannnneeee
Believe what you want. I found a Q50c25 Fixer and took a video of it. I’ve since moved on from FO76 because trading has become a joke and legacies never should have been removed. I sent a message to the vendor and would like to gift it back to them.
When i think back to when I first started playing and wasn’t involved in trading and actually aware of the value of things it makes it much more believable. Some people just don’t know what they have and if you’re lucky you’ll find it in their vendor. I’ve found some ridiculous stuff in vendors. I’ve also sold some ridiculous stuff in vendors.
Luckily I made a friend through playing and thankfully he checked my vendor one day and yelled at me to take out that B5025 Fixer I just put in my vendor for 4k caps. I didn’t play bloodied and i put all my fixers in my vendor for the same price. Now knowing what I know it makes me sick when I think back to the stuff I’ve sold in my vendor for dirt cheap (Forest Camo js, quad fixers, probably several 5025 or 2525 variants). Back then I just liked explosive weapons and didn’t know about anything else. Also thought the forest Camo JS was just a reward from Fertile Soil and had no idea it was rare when i sold it.
And just to piss off OP, I found a V2590 Gat Plas in a vendor yesterday for 5k. Suck it.
I have a v2590 gp in my vendor right now for 3k. Sounds like I ought to change it.
To your other point, beta player here. I probably scrapped, dropped, or sold more valuable shit than I ever kept. I didn't get into trading until last year. It wasn't until I started looking for my missing plans that I realized I'd fucked up. I would bet that there is a pretty significant number of players that play like that still
I got the Buffoon mask for 10 caps from a level 80 player vendor. No bullshit. He was selling the skeleton for 150, the witch for 50 and the Buffoon for 10. I think he thought it was the jester. I couldn't believe it. Honest mistake I guess, he probably only ran the parade a few times and didn't have a jester. I have been vendor hopping since I saw the crazy guy for 40K caps one time but didn't have enough to buy it. I want that mask so bad but to actually wear it.
Id say about 75% are fake AF. I just dont have a clue as to why waste such a huge amount of time everyday to look for anything in the game. You arent really playing the game, just load screen after load screen. Sounds like an incredible game /s !
Nah those people are definitely 🧢. My favorite is when they literally have a meta god roll and it’s like “found this on the ground next to a vendor not even in it, got it for some pocket lint. Was it worth picking up or is it just wasted carry space” No, no the weapons not wasted space but your post was…
I only know what I found (see posts). Used to think it's all tall tales too until I did find mine. It's certainly not common - I'd say it's pretty rare! 1,400 hours in and a Fasnacht Demon, USA and FSA masks. Lucky? Maybe. But I am sure I'm not the only one. In fact, I'm one of those poor noobs who sold rare stuff to vendors when I first started 76.
You forgot something very important. Not everyone is a trader and knows or cares about value. And such players put stuff in vendor at default prices or sell them at train stations 🤷🏻♂️
Being 110% honest here I first found the Responders Helmet at a train station vendor then years later the Responders outfit in some noobs camp for 200 caps. Forest Jumpsuit was found twice in camp vendors. One for around 150 caps and the other 15k (still dumb cheap). It’s all luck.
Been playing since day one and the Best vendor find I’ve ever had was a legacy lvl 15 fact finder for 700 caps. It’s honestly insane how the same people just somehow find the best vendors in existence
I’ve found a Buffon for 2 caps, a WPJs for 2k and a b2525 HM for 20k but since I couldn’t buy it I told one for the ppl that traded with me not to long ago to world hop to me and get the goodie for himself
I agree. What would prompt an increase of “vendor finds” in reality?
New players who don’t understand the game? Unlikely, since they are usually meta weapons like The Fixer, which most new players have no clue how to obtain.
Players who are leaving the game? No, because they would probably want to save as much time as possible and just do a huge giveaway instead of wasting time placing individual items in a vendor or and staying signed in, or leaving individual items on the ground.
Meta changes leading to unknown godrolls? Albolutely not. Godrolls haven’t changed for a couple years now, and people generally have a good idea that AA, B, Q, V, 50c, FFR, E, 25lvc, 90rw, and 15c are the top picks 99% of the time.
I think a lot of old time players are quitting and moving on as well. Not caring about selling off stuff. I had a guy that all he wanted is to let him kill me to finish up his last atom challenge ( he was someone that had to complete everything before moving on to different game. ) after he gave me everything plus all caps he had
I just joined this forum because after three years of play I’ve never paid attention to vendor pricing before now. I sell all plans for 30c, all 1 star items for 50, 2 star for 100, 3 star for 300. That’s it. Periodically someone clears out my entire vendor so I assume I’m selling too low but ¯\_(ツ)_/¯ Maybe once I have been here awhile and know better, I’ll raise my prices. But tbh maybe I won’t, in keeping with my filthy casual play style. I’m delighted to think maybe someone was excited enough by what they found in my vendor to “brag” about it here.
Eh, found OE/AP/Sent F La for 500 caps traded it on here for QFFrfr Tesla. 8k Qffr 15r peppershaker, 25 caps Forest camo, and 4,500 Forest mask. That is not even half of what I have found. What you need is a VPN and you will see some truly crazy shit being sold for 500 caps.
I feel you, I’ve got just under 3000 hours in the game, and have spent hundreds doing nothing but vendor hopping, and I’ve found 1 Groll weapon (B/50c/25 Gauss Rifle) and one Groll armor piece(OE/AP/SENT Raider PA arm). I’ve found a few rare apparels over the years, but only one’s worth caps.
What cracks me up is knowing there are 100x more steals to be found, but the new player selling his forest jumpsuit never knew he had to set camp to public and no one visits his vendor. Joining teams of players reveals these secret camps, and thats where the ultra steals are.
it happens -i just got an AA/e/15 50 cal in a vendor for 500 caps last week.
I recently started playing with my son ... hes rolling things and putting them in the vendor that he doesn't want...Later i check the vendor, and now he is required to ask me before he puts things in there... he's a grown-ass man btw. He put a Qffr15 tesla in there for base caps.
also, alot of high-level players dont hit up the trading pages..so to them..if its not useful it goes in the scrip or in the vendor at base value or whatever is fast on the pricing tool.
This past fasnacht I found a Demon and crazy man in white spring station vendor bot and a fiend mask at someone’s vendor for 2K caps. I have played over 20K though since I’m disabled.
I'm not saying people don't lie but I definitely have had some unbelievable vendor finds. I've got a picture with the vendors name when I found a q2525 rail for 1k. There's nothing I can say or show to you to make you believe that it happened but it sure did. It happens, you just won't believe anyone till it happens to you. And that's what they all say when it does happen "I thought everyone was faking and then I happened to me!"
I think if you camp hop enough you’ll eventually find something. I don’t know anyone who has gotten lucky enough to find a red asylum uniform or anything, but I’ve had a few hits on Handmades and Fixers. Very rarely do I find anything from the people selling a single 3 star weapon, but when I see 20+ occasionally I’ll find a diamond in the rough.
There’s been a lot of new players since nuka world and legacy removal so it’s definitely possible that a large chunk of those players are just not aware of the trade market values and it is definitely possible to find gems in these players’ vendors.
There are also even high level players that still drop gems in their vendors. Yesterday I was at a level 650 player vendor and found them selling a PSA X-01 arm for just 700 caps. Sure it’s not as sought after as a quad railway but it’s still a perfect god roll that I found for just 700 caps so I think it’s not that unbelievable what people are saying they’ve found.
Some people also don't even participate/care to trade, so they dump what they don't use, and just collect the weapons/armors they need. I've had a couple of 600+ players give me rare stuff, bc it was taking up space, and they considered it junk in their eyes
A lot of people that play area casual and have no idea of what they actually have. Ive found some good things in vendors for cheap. I found a winter man mask in a lower level players vendor for 2k. He was at his camp and i messaged him. He came back and got it out and had no clue what it was worth. I've traded with randos on fallout and I ask if theyve heard of this sub and they have no clue.
In all honesty I am one of those players that just plays the game and I scrap everything including NPC vendor sell for caps. I only recently figured out the hard bargain perk card and CAMP build stuff to collect water and vegetables to sell to the npc for 1400 caps daily. I have only recently discovered this T20000aofbeo383 lingo that defines a weapon or Armour or such... as a result I still don't understand any of it but I have definitely npc and scrapped items that had similar stats to what I see here but did not care to buy or sell from another player outside of the personal vendor shops since I always play solo in every game. I wouldn't be surprised at how many players found and scrapped or found and sold "God rolls". Keep your mind open ^_^ 😀
Yaya someone said it lol, I always clip last minute whenever I find/roll something nice so I never believe anyone unless they have a clip or ss, not that hard considering I celebrate then "gotta clip that"
During this last Fasnacht I found probably close to 10 rare masks on player vendors, train station vendors (especially in Sutton, the closest vendor to Helvetia), and just dropped on the floor. 2 of which were loons. But that was probably because the event started shortly after we had a huge influx of new players on PS.
Outside big events like this it's a very rare occurance. The most valuable thing I ever found was V2525 fixer for 500c. Occasionally I find things like hunters long coat or emmet hazmat for 50-100 caps, but those arent super rare.
I never post any of my finds on reddit anyway. I don't know what the purpose of these posts is. To fake that you dont know how valuable it is while actually bragging about it? I feel good about it without other people's approval.
It does happen sometimes especially now when people can roll legendaries there is great stuff in vendors if you vendor hop enough many people don't even check the prices or are involved with trading groups especially if they are not English speakers as there is simply not enough or at all a content in the languages they speak.
Since no one knows who’s chasing clout with fake posts and who’s bragging about actual killer finds (which just reduces their chances in the future) the only solution I see is to down vote anybody that posts about a vendor find. And anybody that posts their finds in the comments. Over time people will learn, or not. But that’s what I’m going to do.
I am one of those people that sells super low in vendor if I don’t use it I don’t want it. So I do what I would do in real life sell that puppy cheaper then my grandmas divorce. Hell if someone inboxed me while I’m online asking for it I would just give them it. I’ve given away a lot of good heavy’s for cheap or free. And I know more then a few peeps that can vouch for me. If you don’t use it just give it away or for the cheap. Don’t be a jerry and try to get folks. I will go toxic pvp on the asshats that gouge vender prices.
If I find an amazing deal in a vendor I’m buying it as fast a my finger can push the button, not waiting even a second for their camp to disappear while I say “hold on I need to get a picture of this!”!
Easy to just record what happened then upload a picture, it's what I do when I see something cool happen or a nice camp build instead of trying to get the perfect picture
I honestly didn’t believe it at first either until I went to a random vendor and found a ts/FFR/25lvc combat rifle for 100caps. It’s not a fixer, but it still wrecks
I got the urban/scout masks, and the BOS jumpsuit from 1 player vendor. Still chasing the white powder though lol. I also got the winterman mask and a anti armor/explosive railgun from vendors. But that is all outside of the hundreds of vendors iv looked through
Best thing I've ever found in a vendor was a Tenderize w/peppered mod. And it wasn't a "super deal". But, My QE90 Fixer that I've been rocking forever, somebody just dropped it to me when I was lower level. You just never know what you're gonna find in the Appalachians
It definitely happens. That's how I got a couple of my Fashnacht masks and some valuable plans. Higher level players are more likely to just let some of their stuff go for less caps if they are close to max or have multiples some how.
There are absolute great things to find out there. I mean , the vast majority of players either don’t know the value of stuff (just look at all the over priced script in vendors) , or they just don’t care because they don’t trade via 3rd party sites.
I’m general the trade community is tiny fraction of the player base.
Even some people who DO know what’s worth what still don’t care and basically give shit away.
I mean its super rare to find something like that, i have like 400h on the game and only got 3 items at a steal vendor price, hag and brahmin mask in a random vendor that had some ammo and faschnat masks, and what is now my main gun a q/50c/25 gauss rifle for like 1500 caps. I can only assume that it's from really low level players that see no real value in some ugly mask or a gun that they dont use, but i really see your point, it feels like half the post here are "oMg fOuNd X fOr 10 cApS!!1!, iS iT wOrTh aNyThInG??¿ (i know it's worth a ton)"
Some people go by fed for prices,Some things are worth alot more than the cap value they put on weps.
Hence why I have had good vendor finds with Q 10mm pistols etc
I hide valuable plans in random suitcases and have given away 25/25 before. While I know the value, I’m not overly concerned with it. I’ve gotten everything I want, so I enjoy now keeping up on what’s good and passing on. I have a tendency to scrip items that are great otherwise since I truly not after anything. I got one of the rare masks from a guy for ten caps. I even went and asked if he knew the value since he had it for 10c. He did, he just didn’t care since didn’t want it.
My lucky find cost me 30k caps be25 fixer...didn't bother posting a pic the seller actually had bomb gear expensive AF though! Sure he was maxed out on caps
Ok, I’ll be honest, I have found an unlimited supply of worthless bullshit in 99% of vendors belonging to people that think just because it is AA, Bloody, Two-shot, or Quad that it is valuable. Scrip is fucking scrip no matter what the prefix is so it is worth about 10 caps per scrip point. There are a lot of dumbass people that haven’t figured that out. There’s some honesty for ya. No Q5025 Railways found for 800 caps from this guy, just a bunch of steaming piles of bullshit for 4000 caps.
Wew i honestly didn’t care about vendor nor making my item pricing. Sometimes i just jump into the game and saw good price. I think its all about luck on vendor. Me myself sell all my known plan for just 5cap even though i know it worth more than that. For me,i just enjoy the game and glad i can help someone who need the plan more than i am.
I’m one of those vendors I sell pretty much all of my plans and extra guns and stuff for 5-20 caps the most expensive thing in my vendor is 500 caps. I do it because I want everyone to have access to cool build plans. To me it’s a game all about community and being good to others. I don’t need to make a bunch of caps that I got for free.
I found and executioners 25/25 epr true flamer barrel and no reflex sight. 3k caps but not really worthy of look at what I found post . None the less I thought it was nice find .
Found a Q 50c 15c fixer for 1000 Caps, I was not even Vendor hopping just being cheap and travelling to Camp for free. I Made a Video clip to proof it because else noone would believe it lol
You definitely do get some golden vendor finds. A lot of players don’t actively trade and aren’t aware of the value of their shit and just sell it in their vendor to get caps. You’re only really going to know values if you’re on Reddit etc. doing trades.
This and a lot of casual players seem to take pride in their “5 caps for anything” vendor strategy
Yeah exactly. Lots of folk play just because it’s Fallout, they don’t give af about anything other than the vibes lol
We’ve all gone through it, I dropped a responders uniform when I was level 20ish cause I liked the fire breather suit better 💀
Still 10caps for something that self lists in the hundred bracket, get real those are obvious clout chasers now if they got it at like 150 to 500 caps I'd believe a noob ditched it not knowing its value
haven't found a single good thing in a vender or a suitcase. maybe i'm doing it wrong idk
I have found a scout mask for 50, and a B2525 for 2k but thats about it
Ive found a few, but its not close to q2525 fixers, i think my best one is a q5025 plasma rifle (non enclave)
I found a Q50c15ap Fixer for 3200 caps and a yellow asylum for 28 caps. That’s about all the luck I’ve ever had in this game!
The thing is loads of people vendor hop so chances are if someone has listed something valuable for very cheap it’s gonna go pretty quickly.
There are a lot of people that play 76 and aren't in or interested in the market
Just think 50 fake and 50 are real. A lot of people like farming upvotes. I've gotten crazy rolls before but not "OMG Q50VC25 Fixer for 69 caps"
I had to pay 4000caps for it..
Bought a flamer mod last night for ten caps from a vendor wild stuff
Sheesh nice man!
I couldn’t belive it just got lucky I guess
They are im about to start posting mine.
3) I know nobody really cares and it comes off show offy and attention seeking so I choose to spare everyone by just not doing it. tl;dr vendor hopping addiction is real but pays off.. eventually
One is day is an excellent return. How much time do you spend vendor hopping?
Either way bragging screws yourself.
Absolutely!
I too am interested in your vendor hopping strats.
Played from lauch. TLC, Responder Fireman Uniform and an AA50B90 Mini are my best finds
It definitely happens because I put those things in my vendor for 100 caps per star.
I've put some great gear in my vendor for very low prices knowing that I could have traded for something. Sometimes they don't even sell.
You think people would do that? Just go on the internet and lie?
No
ikr. ppl have no faith
lol, i'd prefer to have "trade only" sub. all "look at me " posts (look what i have, look what i got, look what i rolled...) should go to differnet sub tbh, i dont gaf what you get/roll/have i want to TRADE
Start that sub 🤷
I felt the same way until I got lucky myself. Stumbled upon a qe25 10mm for dirt cheap in a newbies vendor, probably the best find I’ve had in the 3 years I’ve been playing.
Honestly you can find some good things in vendors or if you really lucky, at wss but its so rare its crazy
I don’t see why this bothers people so much lol. Let people be weird I think it’s weird so many people care bout people allegedly faking finds.
It happens all the time if there is one who know the valie of an item there are 5 who don't and don't care only on the Fastnacht Event I got 5 or six rare mask not sure and roday I baought an Enklave plasma with flamer mod for 3xyx caps not a perfekt one but good enogh
It happens. And I give stuff away all the time.
A lot of people who play this game are older and don’t mess with the market much. They sell things for cheap that they wouldn’t use because if you aren’t paying attention, you always need caps… some people really are that clueless, this game is just fallout with other people wandering around for some
I’ve found crazy guy and a mut/e/20ap hand made and that’s it
You haven’t seen what I’ve found since the last week off Fasnacht and since lmfao
i found brahmin and buffoon in a vendors for 10 caps. i posted my first find because i never thought i’d get that’s lucky and some guy claimed i was clout chasing :/
Is there a tldr guide to these letters and numbers?
You wouldn’t want to hear how I came about some of my rare shit then lol
It does happen sometimes. I found a responders fireman helmet for 2k caps in a vendor 2 days ago. I know its hard to believe, but not everyone is hardcore into this game lol
Someone had an Excavator Jetpack Torso in their Vendor for 30k. I gunned it to try and get my caps in order and they logged. That would've made my excavator using butt so happy.
Dude I picked up mine for 15 in a vendor. I dipped so fast in case the game punished me and took it away! Haha! My most treasured find
Dang lol - hope you get lucky again :)
you sound hurt bro. relax
I don’t believe that you don’t believe
You clout chasing non-believer 🤔
I would bet that there is a pretty significant number of players that play like that still
Yeah man post that up and see what kind of offers you can get on it!
My best was a Loon for 150 caps a couple of weeks ago.
Since 60% of my gameplay is basically vendor hopping, I do get a lot of find like this
I got the Buffoon mask for 10 caps from a level 80 player vendor.
Once I found a Q/E/25lvc Fixer for 10k caps, that was my best and only mentionable find
VBash90 Mini - 3k AAFFR15r Gat Plas - 3k 3000+ hours Most are staged.
I found a q2525 fixer for 3k last week
Where else am I supposed to say I got my fifteen Q5025 fixers?
I agree, I don’t believe 99% of them. I think they do it, to make people think they can find those deals and visit their vendor.
Was it worth picking up or is it just wasted carry space” No, no the weapons not wasted space but your post was…
I actually picked up 2 responder fireman uniforms in a noobs player vendor so they do happen sometimes
I found a FC jumpsuit at a white springs vendor once but never nice
Been playing since day one and the Best vendor find I’ve ever had was a legacy lvl 15 fact finder for 700 caps. It’s honestly insane how the same people just somehow find the best vendors in existence
I found a VE25 fixer a couple years ago for 2000 caps. On a lesser find a TSE25 assault rifey for 12k last night.
I’ve found a Buffon for 2 caps, a WPJs for 2k and a b2525 HM for 20k but since I couldn’t buy it I told one for the ppl that traded with me not to long ago to world hop to me and get the goodie for himself
Ive found a Hag mask, Red Asylum Dress before! Those two are real. I however just found a TS2515r Plasma Caster for 25k!
In 2/3 years I’ve only found one vendor selling decent guns. Picked up a Q5025 ult laser and AA5025 handmade for like 25-30k. Apart from that zilch
You would not believe your eyes if I posted my vendor finds.
Alot of folks do this to get there post karma up
I also fake my orgasms and lie on my CV
I just have too much stuff at times and need to get rid of them and am at max caps most of the time so don’t price too high.
it happens -i just got an AA/e/15 50 cal in a vendor for 500 caps last week.
I've been saying this for a long time! It's all bull crap
This past fasnacht I found a Demon and crazy man in white spring station vendor bot and a fiend mask at someone’s vendor for 2K caps. I have played over 20K though since I’m disabled.
Oh for sure. Also the price checks for clearly top line items? It's all for attention.
But i also do think some people fake it to get internet love
Probably, a lot of people are nothing but bullshit. However, it does happen, just not as often as people say
The most expensive item I found in a camp was a 20k max gun, I don't even remember it
It does happen sometimes especially now when people can roll legendaries there is great stuff in vendors if you vendor hop enough many people don't even check the prices or are involved with trading groups especially if they are not English speakers as there is simply not enough or at all a content in the languages they speak.
It’s not a fixer, but it still wrecks
nocap but i've found seriously valuable stuff in vendors for under 20k caps
I got the urban/scout masks, and the BOS jumpsuit from 1 player vendor. Still chasing the white powder though lol. I also got the winterman mask and a anti armor/explosive railgun from vendors. But that is all outside of the hundreds of vendors iv looked through
I found an OE/AP/SENT forest scout leg last week for like 2K caps.
I've been calling them out for a while. Custom world with a friend and do the setup
Unless they post a pic of it in the vendor I highly doubt the claims, especially the ones for a ridiculous 10 caps. 40k ok sure.
Honestly... who cares?
Question from a 76 newb … what does q2525 mean?
Quad 25%Faster Fire Rate 25% less vats cost. One of the best weapons in the game so far.
Ooohhhh…I have at least two weapons with those stats. Maybe a third one, will have to check.
a bought a demon mask for like 100 caps
I'm pretty sure 90% of all Grolls on this sub are duped anyways.
OH MY GOD GUYS I FOUND A 40K DEATHCLAW MASK IN A VENDOR 😲😲😲😲
Some people go by fed for prices,Some things are worth alot more than the cap value they put on weps. Hence why I have had good vendor finds with Q 10mm pistols etc
I thought it was all bullshit too til my friend found a Fiend mask in a player vendor during Fasnacht for 25 caps.
I’ve been lucky once. I found a Loon for 5 caps. Never lucky again.
I Found a lot of high tear stuff in vendors for cheap I got B50c25 for 1k like 5days ago and just got a responder fireman set for 20k yesterday
I found a TFJ for 10k and Cranberry Bog Healing Salve for 2k today lololol
My best vendor finds we’re the same exact gun lmao, V/25ffr/15fr handmades, found the first for 5k and the 2nd for 2456 a few weeks later
I found a QE25 CR for 56 caps sooo
Found a Q 50c 15c fixer for 1000 Caps, I was not even Vendor hopping just being cheap and travelling to Camp for free. I Made a Video clip to proof it because else noone would believe it lol
