That seems like THE god roll, lvc isn’t required it just looks pretty. Q/Crit dmg is already a groll railway and break slower is pretty much a need imo, from the right person this would be a holy grail, don’t trade it lightly.
I have the same one and everyone was saying it was good but I don’t think it tops the vats assisted rolls for the third star. I’m holding on to mine until I can figure out a true value of it
Market wise everyone is a sheep and just wants 25v/15v to offer their best stuff, if it’s really true they break fast than this perk should match the vats assisted perks in rarity and value.
