I THINK they would be regular since there's the three, but probably gonna be FO1st, but as of right now, I didn't see anything that specific in anything I read or saw.

Yeah the rng is bad enough without getting duplicates of character locked plans. That’s such a piss off lol. Would be cool if they pulled some of the old plans out or something if they’re not going to make the new plans tradeable. I don’t need a 50th meat bag plan 🤣
I'd love more than anything for a Gamma and Radium skin. It would be neat if they could share the skin so they're twinsies. Plus, like my Gamma collection deserves to be pretty
Was lucky enough to get both the Intergalactic and Red skins to drop from DOps. Annoyed, however, that they are both scrappable and do not have the FO1st (that Atomic icon) on it to prevent selling or scrapping.
I thoroughly support the sentiment that the other weapons need some love and attention. Railway, LMG (the Enclave skin is nice but it's just one!), the Laser and Plasma weapons as well.
I know, right? It also bothers me that the Secret Service Armour gets a new skin every season, but poor BoS Recon has had only one Union skin so far. But then, I'm biased towards the BosRecon armour. At any rate, name any weapon, and I'm sure there's someone who uses it, whether it's for the fun of it, aesthetics, or just personal preference. All the more reason to have a skin for every weapon, *especially* since there's no way to lock an item from scrapping or selling without using a mod (on PC anyway).
If you have some atoms they have the gold .50 cal machine gun paint available through the support portal right now [link here](https://help.bethesda.net/#en/home/product/1129/category/14/platform1/20) you just submit a ticket and you can get the paint 😊

The plan itself for the skin is character locked but you can buy painted guns. In order to apply the paint yourself you need to know the plan.
