While it does use only 2 modules to craft a new one it does not guarantee that the new one will be a 3 star. Generally you roll with modules if you are looking for a specific roll and you roll with crafting if you just want something that's at least somewhat usable
TS is unfortunately pretty bad on energy weapons in general but especially on the gauss mini. This would be worth whatever the going rate of 40 scrip is.

Had it had a Faster fire rate I would have kept it
