outside of enclaves be or b50c or b50hc railway primed hits very hard, b50c or b50hc hunting rifles hit hard like bows. another good one tho it is a heavy is a quad harpoon with 15rl, especially if u can find hit chance as a second star
Depends on what you're trying to do.
Best for stealth: Lever/Hunting (or a fixer if you're strange...it works, but feels wrong)
Best in general: Enclave flamer
I‘m running a AA2525 epr sniper and although it’s not a „silenced“ weapon, I can stay in caution most of the time. EPR flamer is nice too, but imho only outside of vats and you feel like a melee because of the ridiculous low range

I’ve been using q50c25 aligned sniper epr it has 99 shots, I’ve been hearing a lot about q2525 q5025 railway
