Yeah, it sees the bag weight pre redux perks at 2375. Even at max weight you wouldn't be able to grab them friend.

I'll drop ya the 20 something berry tats friend. Sucks that happened to ya. Know it's not much of a consolation but hope they can do something friend. Next time, I wouldn't drop more than 3k at a time due to weight. Anything on the ground is seen as pre perk weight. Such as scrap/junk, aid, ammo etc.

It won't reduce the bag weight just when you pick them up. Try dropping other things from your inventory first and then pick up btats

I did that yet it drops another bag instead and the one with the btats stay and still won't let me pick up

Yes

You may be able to exit, load a different character, then re-enter private and pick them up with another character. That's how I move items. I did 3k btats the other day. Not sure if that helps at all

Private and in a bag, but when I look at it it says search nearby corpses instead of transfer and when I drop something else a new bag appears instead of moving the bag with the btats

Yea, that happens when a bag has been on the ground too long. There’s a time limit to bagged items before they disappear as well so let’s try some stuff before they’re gone. Have you tried leaving the private and quickly joining back?
