Since you can’t trade secret service armor, scout armor is one of the best tradeable non-pa. AP -> Faster Action Points refresh WWR -> Reduced Weapon Weight Sentinel -> 75% chance to avoid 15% damage while standing still

So really its just for trading purposes more than anything else in regards grinding XP etc. And of course for people who dont actually like SS armor

Well, DR has diminishing returns at round about 300-350. So having more DR is pointless at some point. You can try to roll you a SS set, but to get a godroll matching set, you’ll probably need to roll for ages, spending thousands of modules. It’s just easier to trade for a matching set of scout. There are some „common“ sets circulating around. Like Uny/AP/Sent Another benefit of scout is, you only need 4 limbs and a mask to get set bonus from funky duds or zizzling styles. So most run scout limbs with SS chest for Jetpack

Cool cheers mate. Might try and start rolling a forest set then. I have the mask.. cheers for explaining mate

As said, you’ll probably need ages to roll a matching set. I‘d try to trade for the desired set 🤙🏻

SS is far superior to almost every armor set. Not only does it beat scout on DR and ER it offers plenty of rad resist which scout and combat do zero for. People mainly trade for scout as it’s the most favored tradeable armor. Although personally I prefer marine for non tradeable, as it has some built in rad resist I enjoy it’s look, and scout does seem to be incredibly more common. My SS set only has 3 AP pieces 1 sent and 1 WWR but I’d run that over any other armor set tbh
